Kaya Island Eats is just AMAZING! The food is the best weve found in Key West and we visit as often as possible! the food is not the only amazing part of Kayas.. the PEOPLE are AWESOME! From the staff to the owner.. you arw always made to feel at home there! they go above and beyond and genuinely want your experience to leave a lasting impression.. Kayas NEVER fails to inpress! you will not regret a moment spent at Kayas! thank you for being our favorite family table away from home!
Twenty six years later I finally found a jerk wing better than PT’s Late Night restaurant of yesteryears. Love everything about this place, the food, the friendly staff, the music,….. the labyrinth of good vibes ?

I wanted to like this place as the menu sounded super interesting but the execution just wasn’t there. The jerk wings were very tasty with unique blend of flavours while still keeping some jerk essence. The blackened shrimp was plump but lacked flavour and blackening. The Rasta Pasta which i was very excited about was also bland and tasted much more like a straight pesto without any jerk seasoning at all though the portion was massive.
Nervous when we first walked in off of Angela St and then impressed beyond belief! We were there at happy hour (lucky us) and had refreshing drinks and incredible food!! Our waitress was awesome as was the entire staff. We met the owner and couldn't offer him enough accolades! The food was phenomenal and it was damn near perfect! We will be back the next time we are in Key West!
This restaurant is amazing. Lots of gluten free and dairy free options, and the seafood is unbelievable. Best shrimp I've had in key west, and the tacos are large enough to fill up any appetite. The staff were attentive and very helpful, you can't go wrong here!

This place was so good we went there 2 nights in a row! The fish tacos were amazing, and the grilled shrimp tacos we had the second night were almost as good. We also had the Kahula pork with rice and pineapple and really enjoyed it. My favorite thing on the menu is the smoked tomato bisque. Just order it….. you’ll thank me! The outdoor seating area is charming, the service was friendly and on point. The employees are on the ball, taking orders, running food and cleaning tables quickly. This has become our favorite place to eat in key west! Oh yeah… the lime & cucumber water pitchers are a nice touch!
Kaya is a quaint unique restaurant located just off the beaten path of Duvall street. We enjoyed the food and service so much we came back again during our short trip to the keys. The first trip we had the jerk wings as an appetizer and the tacos. Each dish was delicious answer surprisingly filling. The next time, we brought our fresh catch from a fishing trip and they cooked it a few different ways for us. The Asian and jerk style were my favorites and made the trip back worth it. The owner Paul was their both nights and made sure we were well taken care of. Would definitely return next time we’re in the Keys.
