Came here for the National Hot Dog Eating Contest - they were so great putting it on for us and enjoying it with us! This place is always a lowkey great spot to eat, too. Definitely beats any expectations of the standard sports bar. Amazing spot to get out of the heat for a bit and grab a bite; bonus if you want to watch ANY game!
This “sports bar” was recommended by Lynn at Blue Heaven to watch the hockey playoffs. We went early figuring it might be crowded for the game. The back room was pretty full with large parties but we wanted a booth in the bar area. Our server was extremely awesome. Waitstaff was short staffed and our server was running around the whole place. He stopped by every time he passed by to check on us. We had drinks and weren’t in any big rush. When we finally ordered, another person from the kitchen brought our food out and apologized that our server was very scarce. I never got our server’s name or I would give him a huge shout out. He was so busy but wanted to make sure his customers were happy. He checked In with us often. We only ended up ordering a plate of nachos but they were really, really good with their home made chili on them. I wish we would have eaten more to sample, but what we did order was great. I didn’t like their house vodka….can’t remember what kind. Easy to fix that!
Wonderful time and food! Must do when you r in Key West! Lots of locals which is always a good sign!
We came on a couples trip from Jacksonville Florida and popped in to watch some NASCAR on a Sunday the restaurant had two of the most amazing salads the cob and the Aji tuna salad service impeccable clean comfortable and great TVs for watching sports
Hands down to the best sports restaurant/bar in Key west. The food is great. The AC is great. The drinks are great and I loved Ms Stephanie she treated me like a close friend. So happy I came in I was having a bad day and it's was turned around by this amazing establishment. Cheers to a great place to eat and drink.
We walked in to get a drink at the bar and watch the basketball game. The entire place smelled like wet dog. I can’t figure out how the manager didn’t smell it and take care of it. My bottle of beer had a horrible taste to it and had to get a glass to drink it. The place was very quiet and now I know why. It’s a shame because it has great potential.
We received very good service. Waitress was friendly and on the ball. Food was decent but pricey (but isn't everything in Key West). Ordered what was supposedly "popular" drinks and they were like fruit punch...that was the disappointing part. Later as we walked down the street drinks were cheaper (and probably better). I'd choose somewhere else next time.
We had dinner at Jack Flats. If you want good service and watch just about any sport this is the place. The menu is expansive, and the portions are large. We had burgers, a club and salads and all were yummy. Good tots!!!!
horrible service horrible food . beer was cold , host ended up waiting on us after food was brought to wrong table and there was only 3 tables being used . waitress was lost in the sauce.
Great food, bar and service. Very friendly we decided to stop in for key lime pie and chocolate cake but ended up eating lunch. Fish and chips were perfect. Portions were huge so I am glad we split a dinner. Prices were reasonable and I would recommend Jack Flat to anyone visiting Key West.
