You have to stop at Irish Kevin’s when in Key West. Lots of entertainment. They even have a live web cam out on the street to see. Cold beer. Good people.
Entertainment was awesome, place is great. Drinks are cold. Unfortunately the two apps we ordered were just okay. Nothing special at all. I wouldn’t get them again. Tator tot nachos and fried pickles. No salt or flavor in either dish.
A regular stop for us on out Key West trips. Saturday night Irish Kevin’s is fun. Thank You for a good time and for recognizing our military. Brought my Army son with us.. He loved it. Until next time.
Fun KW pub on Duval, lots of room, live music, can get loud at times. Staff was friendly and quick. Great place to add to your pub crawl when you can get a seat at the other pubs.
I find it extremely difficult to walk past an Irish Pub and not go inside to inquire whether they have my favorite beer on tap, Smithwick's. Irish Kevin's was no exception and when the Bartender told me that they did, I told the gang that we were stopping for a drink...maybe 2. Bradd Shadduck was performing and he was very good and absolutely hilarious. We thoroughly enjoyed his sometimes crude humor and interaction with almost everyone in the place. We literally laughed from the time we sat down until the time we left. It was the highlight of our day in Key West! The only negative of our experience was when one of our party ordered a drink and didn't like it so she gave it to our Server and ordered another type of drink. We assumed that the returned drink would be taken off our bill and our Server did not say that we were going to be charged for the drink anyway or we would have kept it and someone else in our party would have drank it. When I got our bill I asked our Server if she would take the returned drink off the bill and she said she would not because if she did, she would have to pay for the drink herself. If that is truly Irish Kevin's policy, it should be changed. How much did the returned drink really cost them, $0.50? Come on Kevin! With the exception of the returned drink, our experience was wonderful.
Wonderful atmosphere! Live music, nice selection of food. We had the chicktatoes, really nice choice. We also had the fish and chips and they were delicious. Courtney was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful!
This was my favorite Bar to dance and drink at. This is a must stop multiple times a day. The fun never stops kind of bar. The owner passed out signature shirts and he played his guitar or local bands.
What a fun place. With Irish heritage we always try to stop at an Irish pub. Kevin's was super fun. We met a nice young couple who had lived in the Keys that gave us several great suggestions.
Every trip to Key West must include a trip to Irish Kevin's especially on the nights that Irish Kevin is on stage. The atmosphere is so much fun........if you don't have a good time then you must be trying not to have a good time!! We make at least one visit to Irish Kevin's on each trip. Recently, we went with some friends who had been there before but had not seen Irish Kevin perform.........they were so happy that they had the experience to see Kevin on stage. The spectacle is worth your time!
Wear your big girl pants and be ready for some adult fun. Everyone is fair game for Kevins brand of humor. The music is loud, sing along, lots of 'politically incorrect' humor, basically no subject/gender/ethnicity/politics is safe. So let your hair down and just laugh and have fun. We didn't eat there, so we can't speak to the menu. Beer is about the same as anywhere near Duval Street. We just enjoyed the fun atmosphere and music. Get there early, especially when Kevin is on stage.
