We used Great Events for our wedding and we couldn’t have been more thrilled. Their food, drinks, and staff were spot on. Everyone said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend!
We loved working with Great Events Catering! They helped us pick out the menu for our welcome party in Key West and were very accommodating with food allergies. They delivered promptly at the time we agreed, and everyone loved all of the food!
Incredible. We hired Great Events Catering for our 1/22/22 Wedding and they knocked it out of the park. We were planning our wedding from afar and Great Events was super east to work with. Melissa in particular was fabulous- she was responsive and accommodating. Ourselves and our guests were blown away by the food - many particularly raved about the mini chicken and waffles and bacon wrapped goat cheese stuffed dates. The entrees were generous in size, delicious and served hot. The desserts were the perfect sweet ending to the evening. Service was 10/10. Thank you Great events!
The food was amazing!! They cooked on site so everything was fresh and delicious. From the apps to dinner, everyone was talking about how good the food was - and many guests even went up for seconds! The staff was great too. They were very friendly and had perfect timing (never wondered when the next app was coming out, or during dinner when the next person was going to be able to eat). And the two head staff were amazing! They made sure we (bride and groom) had food and drinks at all times during the dinner. They got our drinks, made our plates, and offered to help with any other requests. Highly recommend Great Events!
We booked Great Events Catering for our wedding and could not have been happier. The food and service were absolutely wonderful! You get what you pay for and if you go the cheap route, you don't get the level of service they provide. All of our guests shared how impressed they were with everything and they really made our day even more special!
Great events made our wedding day magical. The food is delicious but the service is above and beyond. They worked seamlessly with our other vendors and put our minds at ease from the very beginning. I appreciated how easy Great events Catering made it to plan a party in Key West. I was out of town and needed help and guidance with the details. I had used them about 15 years ago as well and they are very responsive and detail oriented.

I cannot tell you how thrilled I was with the party on Thursday. Dave is truly amazing. The food, from hors d'oeurvres to dessert, was sublime--inspired, creative, gorgeous, and delicious. I continue to relive this glorious feast in my mind and cannot believe that Key West is lucky enough to have a caterer like Dave. Needless to say, I received raves from my guests.In addition to the food, I must commend the staff and the service, which was 100% professional. Dave has trained a great staff and the party flowed seamlessly. The service was impeccable and my kitchen was left spotless.I appreciate so much your flexibility in rescheduling this party due to Covid--a year later! Hopefully, Dave will be willing to cater another party for me in the future.
Great events made planning a surprise intimate dinner for my Moms birthday stress free. Melissa was highly communicative over phone and email and even helped add small details that were so appreciated by my family and friends. Chef David helped me design the perfect menu. The passion he holds for his craft in the kitchen did not go unnoticed! My family is still dreaming of his turtle cheesecake dessert creation.
