We had lunch here and the portions were huge! I’d recommend sharing an entree and adding a side or two to round it out. The food is great.
Off the beaten path but worth it. We had a Cuban sandwich and a shrimp plate and enjoyed it all. We also had a carafe of sangria which complete the great experience. Was busy on a Monday afternoon- always a good sign!
I alway come to el siboney, when I come to key west. The skirt steak was fantastic. The staff was very good. Parking is always tough here. I wish they would have media noche sandwiches on their menu.
What a wonderful find, very local. The place is buzzing , the food is fantastic and well priced. Very friendly staff great atmosphere would definately recommend. Yummy Key lime pie.
Have eaten at Siboney over the years. This year we had take-out twice from there and dine-in once. We typically order 2 Cuban sandwiches with a side of tostones. Sandwiches are hot and delicious. On one order they did forget the tostones as it was a busy night so a bit of a disappointment. Dine-in was good as well. Dining room is cozy and usually full. I had the Siboney skirt steak and it was tender & tasty. Sides were hot and tasty as well. Decent beer selection and good sangria. Had enough for leftovers which were still tasty after a few days in the fridge. We’ll go back for a sandwich anytime we visit Key West.
This is a gem off the beaten path. It is a local restaurant, serving authentic Cuban dishes, well prepared and tasty. This is not a fancy restaurant. It is where you want to go for a great meal, served to people within the community. It is a community go to place. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Authentic, delicious, well priced, overall great experience! It is located in a sweet little neighborhood… so glad this took us off the beaten path. We came here based on personal recommendations… and I’m so glad we did.
This is the best home cook Cuban food in Key West. Better prices than other places. The whole fried fish is my favorite. Cafe con leche is yummy too.
It wasn’t either of our birthdays but it was the man on the table next to us. I’ve never seen staff treat a birthday boy so well! It was a joy to watch. Great food, great service and unbelievable value!
We wanted to experience Cuban food so we wandered in to this restaurant. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic and we loved every minute!!! I ate the Cuban Roast beef sandwich with Moro and my husband ate the Cuban pork sandwich. Wow! I’ve never had a better roast beef sandwich. The staff was very friendly and the place is a local favorite.
