This place is great my first experience was horrible and I won't forget it. But I went back and this place is great staff is nice, donuts are delicious only problem is that when I get a ice coffee the first drink is usually very sweet but it quickly turns bitter not sure if all the cream and sugar just goes straight to the top or what either way good place 8/10 worth the line
Very good chain, Covid protocol, good staff, green clean, good menu & food. My favorite thing is I love the coffee.
I really don’t like to do this but it is frustrating when you are calling and not getting through to anyone in order to correct things before it escalates. First, my coffee order was wrong which they corrected there then I got home with a burnt croissant.
Only two stars this time because *usually* my order is accurate. Today however, I got someone else's order. Not the kind of thing I want to deal with on my morning commute, but willing to move forward from it. I tried to call to make a complaint, but "Surprise" no answer. Also, over the last 4+ months or so, at least 1/4 of the items on their drive through menu board are either not available or they don't even know what it is.Do better Dunkin. Do better.
My coffee order isn’t very hard. When I got my coffee it was completely wrong and went straight down the drain. Waste of money. I was excited to try dunken donuts because we don’t have any where I live and this place just ruined it for me. It’s not hard to make a coffee. They need to listen to their customers but they don’t

The most disgusting place, doesn’t listen to the order given. I said FIVE different times what I wanted they still made it completely wrong. Also not sure what’s all this black debris floating at the bottom. If I could give them negative stars I would. Completely disgusting and horrible customer service.
This place is never opened - might as well just close down for good -my favorite business is now the worst
I love dunking donuts but this place is the worst ever! We were visiting key West paaa by through the drive through the lady took our order , she was laughing hysterically , and of course she repeated the order, when we got to the window. Nothing of what we order waS rightMissing everything
