They brought us the wrong pizza. After we called to request a new one we were told it would be there shortly. Waited over an hour. It never arrived. When we called, we were told that the driver said everything was fine so they decided not to bring it. No call. No inquiry. Kids never got their pizza and went to bed hungry.
Couldn’t order online. Way too complicated! Make it simple please!
Poor customer services. They need to teach the employees who are taking peoples orders (Patrick), how to communicate with customers. Patrick has a real smart mouth, even when he messed up my order. He claimed he was the manager and told me it was just money.
Easy to order and the best pizzas consistently and when there’s a very seldom mixup they quickly make it right!!
Equally to frozen pizza ? the quality compare to few years ago sucks And why some drivers just call and don’t come to the door just stay inside their cars

I am extremely disappointed. We had just gotten to our hotel in Key West from a late flight. Most restaurants were closed so we decided on pizza. The delivery driver forgot our 2 2-liters so he said that he would go back and get them and bring them back. Fine. Sounds good. Upon bringing back the drinks and hour or so later, he insisted that I tip him for bringing the drinks back and said that my husband did not tip him the first time WHEN I KNOW HE DID and the delivery guy also forged a signature on the receipt. Why should I tip you when YOU forgot to bring the drinks?! I tipped him anyways because I did not want any confrontation especially with me being a woman standing outside at night with a man that I did not know. He was very insistent. Do better please.
I ordered two pizzas. This is how they came. I immediately called and the manager said they would get them replaced quickly, just be ready to hand them back to driver when they return. So now I wait while my family and I are super hungry with hot pizza for them to pick these up to replace. Waiting…. And yet they could at least throw in a free one for the inconvenience. Kids waiting even longer to eat is a pain.
Two of the most sparsely topped pizzas I’ve ordered from Domino’s. Otherwise they were predictably good and out of the oven fast.
Perfect pizza with perfect cheese and sauce combo, good service, neat place
