Planning a destination wedding in 3 months was stressful. Cakes by Karol made the wedding cake process fun! We ordered the cake tasting kit to be delivered to us in NYC. My now husband and I loved getting to try the different combinations of cakes, icing, and filling. We decided on the key lime cake, raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream. So good!! The wedding cake itself was gorgeous and exactly what I envisioned. We were able to pick from several cake stands and really loved the one we picked. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We had the pleasure of working with Cakes by Karol for our wedding in May. Karol was so accommodating from being flexible with our rescheduled wedding to delivering our cake tasting to my parent's house in Key West. Guests enjoyed Karol's tasty mini delights while continuing to dance the night away. Karol understood our vision and provided us with a beautiful display to celebrate our big day.
Our cake was everything we dreamed of and delicious, we kept eating it the next day!! The design was what we had asked for and Karol was incredibly helpful in making sure our topper would fit. On time delivery....we were elated when we saw it!!
Our wedding cakes delicious!!! We had the white cake with buttercream icing and the pina colada filling icing. I cannot put into words at how tasty this cake was!! We highly recommend Cakes by Karol!!!!!

Cakes by Karol exceeded my expectations! The cake was the perfect groom’s cake for my son and was absolutely delicious! The details she put into the cake were remarkable! Being that I was from out of town, I was a little concerned. Payment was easy online and she delivered cake to venue - on time, just as she said!
