We had dinner here and it has a great atmosphere, I got the shrimp scampi with potatoes and rice and they have large portions ! All three of us had the lobster bisque and was delicious as well. The sticky toffee dessert was to die for but some people may find it too sweet though I enjoyed it and have a massive sweet tooth. My parents tried the conch fritters and were unimpressed as they felt they were undercooked and very mushy on the inside

We stopped here looking for grouper. We got a table by the water and ordered drinks which were delicious. I had the boat house mango tango with Captain Morgan, mango purée, and a Malibu floater. Yum! A lot of the menu is fried bar food,, and we asked if they had grouper which they did not. After we finished our drinks we decided to go somewhere else on our quest for grouper, and our server was totally fine with that. It’s a pretty touristy spot but staff is friendly and there are some nice views of the marina and the sunset if you get a table outside.

We decided to eat here after disembarking from a sunset cruise. The boathouse bar and grill was recommended to us because of their happy hour. Started with a rum runner cocktail and conch fritters. Then boathouse fish & chips (made with the catch of day) which happen to be grouper and not cod. My wife said it was the best fish & chips ever. Finished with the key lime pie for dessert. Definitely will come back to experience happy hour.

Went for happy hour. 1/2 priced small plates are a good deal.. conch chowder is very good.. service was fast and friendly. Its ok, nothing special

My wife and I had came in for dinner. We were seated by the hostess at one of the high top tables. And then the wait began. We sat there for approximately 5-10 minutes and we’re not even recognize by one of the 3 waitresses working our section. 3 other tables were seated after our arrival and were helped by the three waitresses. I need to also mention that the waitresses had to walk around and past our table to get to the other customers. Needless to say, my wife and I got up and left with out spender a cent and will never return. We travel to Key West somewhat regularly and probably have never had to walk out of a place until today.

We came to The Boat House and began our tour of the key lime pies of the island. We were impressed by the service (Zoe is amazing) and the pie is to die for!!! Drinks are amazing! Atmosphere is amazing!!! And the pie!!! You have to try it!!!! Texas loves The Boat House!!!!

Boathouse is a cool place on the water. Our dinner was good. We had the bone in rib-eye and it was a good steak. There was plenty of food for the price. We love seafood but picked boathouse because we was ready for a steak. We truly enjoyed the margaritas! The atmosphere is great on the water and open air. Wait staff is also attentive. We would return.

The food was over priced and horrible. My lobster with mashed potatoes were cold. The lobster bisque should had been call just broth. All of my family had a bad meal. The salad was warmer then my entrée. Each glass of sweet tea or lemonade was 14.00!! No re refills. This is a never ever come back to eat place. What this placed seemed to us is dock your boat, kick back some beer and just talk. With money being tight. You want a great meal to go with the 130.00 price tag for three. No alcohol, just plain dinners. Food and service very disappointing. Our waitress never came to check on us. Not a good wat to keep repeat customers. It's a 1 star. I left on the bill this is terrible food.

We love the Key West pinks when we’re here in Key West and the Boat House had the best shrimp we’ve ever had while here! Highly recommend!

We were back in Key West and stopped by this favorite spot in its wonderful new location. We were so excited to see that Molly was still there and she waited on us again. She is such a delight! The drinks were perfect and the food- we once again enjoyed the fish and chips. It is plenty of great food that my husband and I shared and we still left some.
