They gave me wrong order.
On line states open, closing at 9pm... it is 8:30 pm and it's CLOSED!!! Not great for an expectant mother craving ice cream.
Bad all around save your money. Rude employees!!
There is no ice cream at this location!!!How is that possible. And it took them 10 minutes to tell us thru the drive thru.
Customer service?? DEFINITELY NOT HERE. My wife and I were inside no less than 5 minutes before anyone appeared from the back of the store. I could have easily left with the "tip jar" sitting on the counter. What a joke. The miniscule amount of funds in this container no doubt were a reflection of the absolute terrible attitude of the staff working on Tuesday, 27 July 2021 at approximately 6:15pm. I will not return here nor recommend anyone visit this business. I usually never write a bad review, but the individual wearing the name badge "MICHAEL" made it extremely easy.

We just went to the drive thru at 750pm. They told us they were closed and quit talking to us. Sight says they are open until 10pm. What is up with that?

I haven’t been to a BR in a really long time and this place reminded me why. 4 of us went in and were told no less than 5 times that they were out of what we asked for. We should have known by the look of the ice cream that it was really old. The ice cream tasted worse than it looked and not one of us finished what we ordered.
