Horrible service, great food
Horrible food, we didnât even eat it and itâs not like the server cared or even offered to bring something else. He was horrible and clueless. They didnât even have fresh basil. The escargot was the worst we ever tried I had to remove it from my mouth. The lasagna was not lasagna! The shrimp smelled not fresh and the linguine looked like Ramen. Even the seafood pasta being the best or the meal was mediocre at best. Our shared salad had over chilled dressing but more edible than the dinner we left. What a waste of food, money and time. I didnât even like the servers wine suggestion. Yuck We had to go to a good dinner next door at Onlywood after for real Italian!

We have been a customer of Antonia for 20+ years and every time we come to KW, Antoniaâs was in our fav list! How dissapt we were this time! We invited some friends so they can try one of our fav rests, I we had the worst experience! After asking the waiter several times, a waiter that urgently needs a good training!, I decided to walk to the manager after 1.5 hrs, he then decided to go to the kitchen and again, in 15 mins later, no food, no words, so we decided to leave! At that time our food arrived with a non taste and terrible presentation! At that time the bartender came to offer excuses and a free round of drinks, which honestly doesnt compensate the bad experience we had, specially on my birthday! So sad!, Bye Antoniaâs! 4 Clients lost!
