Usually decent food and decent service but tonight I was straight up confused. No bacon or Mayo on my jr bacon cheese burger and no sauces. I repeated it three times to the disrespectful drive through lady. Still didn’t get them and didn’t bother to try because I’ve already told her 3times :( been going here for years now and the inside is always absolutely disgusting so I do drive through but now I guess I’m not gonna do that either. Disappointed and lost a loyal customer (12am team 7/25) terrible service and bad food :(
The drive thru was almost out to the highway but we were served immediately inside. As always it was delicious.
Very Disrespectful guy taking the orders, ..on facetime while we trying to order, hat to the back No Apology from the head manager after ther guy ask us to leave because we said he shouldn't be on his phone at the register.
I did a mobile order and this time my order was correct a speedy.
We came on 6/11/22 and had a wonderful experience! Food was hot and fresh, made very quickly, and the window attendant was super friendly! Thanks for a wonderful drive thru experience! Made my mom’s night!

MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS AT NITE WHEN I ORDERED A CAPPUCCINO BUT, MACHINE WAS SHUT OFF. I had apple pay, the male who assisted me said it doesn’t work . But the card machine shows they do have apple pay. I asked the young man could he ask his manager may I pay with apple pay thru drive register . She comes and say they don’t take apple pay no Wendy’s does and that’s not true but I brushed it off and ordered it thru the app. They male proceed to make my food I get it quick my chicken nuggets were great but my chill was absolutely cold the cheese didn’t melt. He slammed my food on the counter to get my attention. I was absolutely disgusted. I don’t think many ppl like” me “. Comes to this location and if they do I know I’m not the only one who feels out of place . If you know wat I mean you know .
Great place! Love the late hours to be able to grab food when I get off night shift
They filled my coffees too much, the carriers for them were too flimsy to carry them, so they ended up dumped in my lap and all over my car.
