I used to like the food here and ordered pretty often. The past few times we’re disappointing and the last order will be my last. The order sat in the delivery car for over a half hour which didn’t help but spent almost $40 and basically threw everything out. The chips were all stale and the queso was weird and lumpy. The burrito was soggy and cold with not much in it and the churro bites were inedible oil balls.
This was my second time ordering from this location and they lack customer service skills on paying more attention to an order. Both times I have ordered from them, they have missed the sauce that is requested. Just today I ordered two items for me and a co-worker and we selected the Sweet Smack Sauce and of course both items come with nothing. Very disappointing. This has happened before and it just shows they do not care about their customers
Tijuana Flats used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants. But after they closed the Juno Beach location, they seem to be falling apart. This will be my last visit. To start, they have dropped several of the best menu items. Most of the sauces have been dropped as well. The food was cold and the chips were not much more than just broken pieces. If you order a beer or margarita, don't bother asking for a lime, they don't have any. For $35.00 you can have a nice sit down dinner elsewhere.
Love their food, but unfortunately management does not go the extra mile with their service. It's a shame, a little extra concern for customers goes a long way.
Food is delicious and always fresh! My kids love the mega burrito and the mega bowl. Their churro bite dessert is mouth watering and heavenly.
Good food. Some days service is fast, others really slow.
$3.99 for 2 tablespoons of rice and 3 tablespoons of beans...(see attached picture) the ALREADY small containers were half filled. Tacos and flautas were okay not the best. This was our 2nd and last time ordering from here.
Every to go order is always wrong. I have to check every time now. Use to not be this way. Sad to see it sliding down hill. Use to order every week. Not any more
Love Tijuana but the tacos were very sparsely filled. I have had better experiences at other stores.
Staff are friendly. Fast and efficient service. Can have a nice lunch here and a some beer. Always a pleasure when I go in.
