There is a guy at the front who has explosive energy and seems pretty awesome of a person. I'm super introverted so I didn't enjoy it too much but not introverted enough to assume this is a bad thing. This energy is needed in companies. He said his name is Ron John. Put this guy in a position where he can help customers with their needs. Promote him immediately!!

I pass by two other locations just to go to this one. Everyone who works here is friendly and polite. They can be very busy and the new management is wonderful. The coffee at this location tastes great and you can tell that the people there enjoy their jobs.
This place is very reliable and is overall very nice if you are a few cents short because of tax they will let you of and their protein boxes are super delicious and healthy and the drink taste is consistent unlike Dunkin this place is also super clean and most of the time quiet and if they get your order wrong (which they almost never do) they will give you a refund and a new drink 9/10 I give it a 9/10 because they are no wireless chargers like the other Starbucks
The first Starbucks to ever refuse to fill my insulated mug with water (which I bought from Starbucks and has the logo on it, mind you). Lady was like "oh we can't fill your own cup, it's hard for us to..." Hard for you to what? You literally just scoop some ice in there and fill it with water.
Service was good, egg kale ✔hot hot latte ✔. Tables dirty , ask to clean them- not a good job
I have 3 closer Starbucks from my home but I go out of my way at least 3-4 days out of my week to go to this Starbucks in Abacoa because they are great! They not only genuinely great you everyone single time anyone comes through their door but they are the friendliest Starbucks staff I've encountered in years! Love them
I’m a local in the neighborhood that visits this location extremely often. I’ve watched this location just go downhill in service and professionalism. They are so slow even when there are no customers. My coffee is not a difficult order. A child could get it right…. However, the employees that work here just can’t seem to grasp the easiest task of it. Then they all have an attitude when I tell them it’s wrong. I always tell them with whip cream. It says it on sticker with order but for some reason just can’t handle putting it on. When I ask politely they respond with attitude. I get people can be demanding with an order. But come on, when I’m happily paying almost $7… for a simple latte. What is the issue???How about have standards in hiring. I frequent all the surrounding locations, but this one is the worst.I was approached by one of the managers a few months back and she asked me where I had been lately. And that they noticed a significant drop in customers.. at the time I didn’t want to be rude to her because she truly is a sweet lady. But now I’m over it. I can see why, the service is horrible. The people working now behind the counter are complete idiots. They could careless about anything going on in day to day work. Hopefully you will read this and take notice and try and make it better. Because it is a great location!
LOVE starbucks! it’s amazing here and the customer service is great! i’ll definitely be coming here more often to get my daily coffee!
