My favorite Starbucks location!! The group of people that work here always start my morning off right by putting a smile on my face. Store manager and team knows how to make their customers happy :) Also they make my coffee to perfection. Thank You Jupiter West Starbucks team for you amazing customer service and good vibes. It's appreciated more than you know.
This Starbucks always has an absolutely absurd wait. 30 minutes in the drive through line. Seriously people this isn't that hard. It's just coffee.
They were very slow in service, I just stood there to see how long it would be before they said anything to me. Something I really didn't like was anytime working around food, drinks the workers need there hair pulled back. 2 workers had there hair hanging down in there eyes and over and just everywhere.
The staff agreed to lower a little bit the music for a conference call I had since outside the traffic was really noisy. That was awesome so 5 stars for the staff.

Great place, great staff, super fast service, but the getting there is a problem. They have a horribly small parking lot and lack of accessibility. Stay in your car and do the drive through. Be prepared to be there for a few extra minutes for traffic congestion.
I have nothing to critque customer service and food wise at this starbucks the issue is the parking/drive thru situation. It is incredibly tight, and you could easily get stuck in a larger vehicle. It is hard to navigate through the parking lot, especially at busier times.
That starts my day off amazing. It is obvious this store has great management and training to deal with the public.
This is a very good starbucks.Nice inside, they keep the place really clean. In the morning it can be busy but the line moves fast.Never had a problem with my order.
Try the cranberry bliss bar or the sugar plum cheese Danish. Company it with the Irish cream or pumpkin cream cold brew.
