Not sure what happened but it’s just not good anymore. Have tried 3 times now, each time the Pizza is very thin and sauce taste funny. Chicken parm was different breading and chicken was like beef jerky. Won’t be coming back anymore, very upset as we have been coming here for over 7 years. Time to find a new itialian restaurant.
When I was 16 I was a hostess and phone girl here as my first job, and almost 10 years later I still come back to enjoy the pasta fagioli, house salad (the best vinaigrette), and nostalgic pizza. Franco has been so friendly and accommodating each time we’ve come back and treats us like family. Saluti Fabio and Maria for maintaining the traditional Italian charm, cuisine, and service.
One of the best Italian restaurants in palm beach county. I always love coming here- the staff is great and the owner Maria as well. Favorite restaurant !!
After being quoted 45 minutes, we waited over TWO HOURS for a simple pizza and rolls to be delivered and when we finally got it, instead of eggplant on half there was eggplant all over the pizza and only one person was able to eat while the rest of us who do not eat eggplant did not have dinner because by the time we got our pizza the restaurant was already closing. Best part was the food was cold upon arrival too, so we had to reheat the pizza and rolls at 10 PM just so one person could eat something. First time, last time. Also, I just read some reviews and this business responds with “Dear customer” or uses the person’s last name as a first name (like we’re in Japan) and a generic message without any further inquiry or attempt to rectify the issues. They look written by an 8 year old. ? What a mess.
Pizza definitely different than past experiences on same restaurant. Pizza sauce was very sweet and runny. Very little crust. Service good but pizza not so much this visit.
I ordered for delivery the salmon on a Friday night with extra spinach in place of a side of pasta. The delivery came within 45mins (they quoted 45-1 hour) and it was AMAZING! Couldn’t be happier with the service, food & delivery. So impressed!
Pizza it was good… but I used Uber eat. Come home with an open box no stick on. Plus on the coke I found this long hair. Disgusting ruins my dinner . It was my first time
If I could give 0 stars I would‼️ This has got to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL pizza inspired restaurant EVER. I ordered lunch from my job on February 9, 2022, and for (1) my food never came, (2) when I contacted them they said it was on its way, (3) OVER 3 hours later still no food. I contacted them again and said it’s okay, I just want a refund for my $30.80! Then they tell me that the manager isn’t in yet, and they’ll give her my information. Two weeks go by and still no refund. I call again and speak to Franco who give me a million apologies and promises to give me a refund and a call within 5 business days.. No refund. On February 23rd I go to the restaurant and I ask for my refund.. I told the guy I spoke to someone named Frank.. he says “my name is Franco, I remember speaking to someone, but it was a woman”… I look at him puzzled and replied “I am a woman, do I look like a man with a braids, and long lashes? Or was I so professional that you didn’t expect me to be black??” The audacity. Then he says he’s going to text the general manager about my refund, she texts back and ask if I would take store credit.. JOKE. I reply “I came here for my refund, not store credit”.. she then tells him that when she gets home she will start the refund “process” and it’ll take up to another 5 days because they don’t do cash refunds… Well it’s March 4th, almost a month later and I still haven’t received a refund. These people are THIEVES to say the least‼️ Poor customer service‼️
I love Sal's! I've eaten at a number of their restaurants over the years and the food and service have always been great!
We stopped there on the way to Miami and I am so happy we did. There was outside seating, friendly server and the food was delicious. I had veal and eggplant with mozzarella, spinach, broccoli and a wine sauce and my wife a big salad with grilled chicken. Not only very tasty, also very reasonable prices.
