Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. The prices increase as the dinners get smaller. Attached pic of the churasko steak dinner with yellow rice & beans for $11.99geez..where's the love?Yes indeed..eating out is for the birds.
What a disappointment. I've been a customer and fan of this restaurant in Jupiter since day one and at one point I was eating here 3-5 days per week. Food was reasonably priced, quick and pretty darn good. Unfortunately, the staff, food and service has been slowly going more and more down hill as time goes by. Most of the time I dine in but last couple nights they said the dine in was closed even though the hours on the door said different. The drive though isn't much better because the line is wrapped around the store into the road. If you do decide to go through the drive though make sure you check the bag BEFORE you drive away! Theres usually an item missing!
This place used to be great. In the last several years, I have not been there one time when they didn't mess up my order. I go back every few months hoping that there's been a change, and there hasn't been. I blame the owner because the turnover is too high for the problem to consistently be the employees. I have not had this problem in other locations. I'm rating two stars because at least I didn't get food poisoning.
Never gets old. Chicken and beans. O oo o ohhh wait what do I see..... rice O u got it now... words cannot describe my feelings with every order.
I ordered and pay for 3 salads. I got the receipt and realized I only have one salad.I returned to get my other 2 salads. The manager just kicked me out . He said I was lying. I wanted to get free meal. He looked like from India.He was extremely rude n wanted to call the police.Like I wanted to drive there for 2 free salads.I got to get his name
Completely clueless and slow staff that will forget part of every order. Ordering ahead is very frustrating as there is a shelf that those orders are supposed to go on, but instead they will keep them behind the counter and not acknowledge you for several minutes if not longer. Not very fun when your food is 5 feet away but you can’t pick it up and nobody cares enough to look at you.
Service was on time, food was not great but reasonably priced, BUT spot the biggest issue in the pictures… all went in the trash and you can’t call the store direct easily as its an automated system and gave up after 15 minutes of trying :(
It's best to go to the drive-thru Even with the mobile order app it takes forever to get your food. You'll be faster off just going inside and standing in line.
My favorite fast food restaurant! I love getting the tropichop with white rice and black beans with a nice side of apple juice! My favorite!!
Long time customers. Saturday afternoon meal was spoiled by hard crunchy brown rice. In other words, the food was not fresh. Extremely dissatisfied.
