This food here is not worth it. The steak was all nerve and fat. Don’t bother
Honestly love this place but had a bad experience with cashier today who overcharged me. I order all the time I know how much I pay. I didn’t get ‘extra’ but yes I did order guacamole & queso(sooo good) I knew I was being overcharged & said something but you could tell she didn’t care & honestly I’m on lunch break and had to get back to work. So I paid and left and proceeded to eat the wrong burrito that was labeled incorrectly. She used same utensils to mix all three burritos up so I had jalapeños in mine when I didn’t order them. Whatever not a huge deal just pay attention so you’re not over paying or if you have an allergy make sure they’re changing utensils out
Foods is good. But dont order online. Consistently skimping on the foods if you paid for extra. At one point I was even in the store early before my food was done, and heard the employees joking about how they aren't going to give extra that was paid for.
Tortillas made fresh on the spot, the queso is a must. Burrito was amazing. Nachos were really good also.
Chipotle near me has been closed a lot so decided to try Pancheros. I like Chipotles seasoning better that in their chicken than Pancheros but that's where it all stops. Loved that they have jalapenos and there salsa and sauces are so good. I really enjoyed my chicken burrito bowl. I always ordered from Chipotle every Friday for lunch but no more. I am sold on Pancheros! Service was fast and everyone was so nice.
Today was my first time visiting this restaurant took my food to go and it was really good the place was really clean and the staff were friendly and polite.
It's a "build-your-own" burrito, bowls, etc. place. The food is fresh and there is a variety of choices. We were there late afternoon, so it wasn't busy. Good place to go for Mexican food.
Super disappointed. Best part was watching them flatten the tortilla.
Always nice people delicious local food
Upon entering we were very pleased with our service until we were at the cash register and the red headed lady staff was very rude up until she started messing up our orders. at 8:35 while we were almost done with our meal the Hispanic teenager with the mustache, long hair, and earbuds asked us if we knew what time it was and then he told us that we had to “wrap it up and leave” because they closed in 20 minutes. Staff is not worth the food.
