Wonderful, fresh, all natural ice cream! They have great flavors, and everything just tastes so “real”. The staff was very patient, and pleasant. Yes, it’s more expensive than the “chains” but it’s worth every single penny. Especially knowing you’re supporting a local business. Highly recommend!
Excellent ice cream - my favorite flavor here is Costa Rican coffee followed closely by cookies and cream. Milkshakes are terrific. Lemon sorbet and raspberry sorbet are also very good.
Showed up at 6:30 pm on a Sunday with no service,, which service was until 10 pm. . Seriously! The owner should be there regardless . You set hours for your business, honor it.
I'm 63 and this is the best ice cream ever. My wife and I moved from Arizona to Florida just to be closer to Palm Beach Ice cream. Well...that wasn't the only reason, but it was one of the reasons!

Great ice cream friendly staff definitely should check out it's a great local place with great ice cream and prices gets busy on the weekends so if you're in a hurry pay attention to the days or time you're going ??
The ice cream is so good but the customer services bad. I was wating for half hour and the staff was not kind. I'll think about go back?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!Work for food delivery service . Placed order at 9:40pm…store closes at 10. Explained my dilemma, I had to run home for my card and that I wouldn’t be back until 10ish. Was advised that would be fine….”10:15 on would be an issue”. Got back to store at 10:08 WOULD NOT OPEN THE DOOR SO I COULD PICK UP OR PAY FOR THE ORDER SITTING THERE!! Clearly these little snotty teens need serious customer service training!!
i love this place! ice cream is always amazing. the only thing i believe you guys should have is an easier way for customers to tip like a tablet, instead of just a jar especially since people usually use there card. everytime i go in, you can tell the employee does not want to be there and sometimes are super short.
