Sat for 20 minutes with open menus while our server chatted casually with people at another table. We left without eating and won’t be returning.
Absolutely addicting! Staff is incredible! Order the tater tot‘s as an appetizer, I would put the sushi top two in Palm Beach County! You must try the dry age steak here it is cooked to perfection. We drive 30 miles to come here and try to frequent at least once or twice a month every experience is better than the one before. Try this place you will 100% love it!
This rating isn't for the restaurant but for the server that greeted us at the door. We never actually got to eat here since she did everything she could to discourage us from eating there. We got to the restaurant a little after 6:00pm and they had a private party at 7:00. They had just seated a couple ahead of us outside. We asked for a table of 4, she said they had no room the dinning room was booked for 7:00. We asked if we could eat at the bar she said there was no room, we asked if we could wait she said no, then we asked if we could eat outside at the two remaining tables and she said we would blocking the entry and the wait for food would be 45 minutes. It was the worst customer service I have experienced in years and I am not very critical or do I post ratings like this but I was really insulted.
Slow service, food stinks, and the staff is sloppy. Bought the ramen filet bowl and basically was .59 ramen noodles with 2 well done eggs and some over priced filet. No wonder why the place is dead with no customer. Thanks for wasting my money
Loved the Bartender but he made me a slightly dirty martini that was more like water. The wagu and noodles tasted rewarmed if it tasted at all. The pot stickers type dish should have been left stuck on the pot! I'll give it a second chance in a few weeks.probably not a third!

Great Restaurant - Terrible Seating!My wife and I went to Nitrogen last night for the first time. We were drawn by the menu. We showed up, and the hostess was fantastic. Friendly and seated us immediately. The only seats were high-tops in the bar area. The backless stool we sat on was about 8 inches across. This was an improvement from the metal seats at the bar and in the rest of the restaurant. The menu was great. Service was excellent. The appetizers my wife and I ate were incredible. We had some sushi (excellent, with a nice use of Mango), we had the planko asparagus that was really good and creative. We were going to eat dinner following these appetizers, but by then, our backs were sore, and our butts hurt. I noticed by looking at the rest of the restaurant that half of the people were standing next to their metal chairs.The really sad part is that we loved the food and the atmosphere. We will not be going back until they realize that comfortable chairs are good - and keep people there eating and drinking. As it is, the seating is so uncomfortable that we will not be going back until the chairs are changed.
One word- Phenomenal!!! From the sushi to the dry aged steaks to the braised short ribs & desserts. Every single thing we had was delectable!! We had such a great night! The owner/Chef Charles puts his heart into every single plate & it shows! Thanks Charles & Carlos!! We’ll be back soon!
We went for happy hour 430-700 pm and the prices, food and service were top notch. Many food items were $6 and drinks $3-$6. I recommend this place fir sure
