Terrible customer service - FYI check price when you order- they make price higher when they ring up. My current issue is that they charged me for an app order they failed to complete and 8x inquiries via app, calling corporate and calling store has not actually ever been responded to at the store level. I guess if they don’t respond they don’t have to credit back cost.
This McDonald’s allowed me to placed my curbside order and then I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for it they took my money and never brought out any food. all the doors are locked it’s only 930 at night. The drive-through is also closed. everything! Even though it’s a 24 hour drive-through and dining room location? there’s a girl behind the counter playing on her her mobile phone but that’s it locked all the doors stole my money and didn’t give me any food! oh wait There’s also no one to call because their customer service center closes at 8 o’clock. Bravo! ?
The workers were so nice. A group of men were being obstinate but the workers maintained order.
Twice this week I really wanted an egg McMuffin and I went around 9:00 and I thought the first time I couldn't be that bad and I think the second time was worse this morning and it's even more expensive than the McDonald's by 95 and indiantown I can honestly say even living out here I won't never bother stopping in there again I'd rather drive a couple extra miles it's never been good I know I've tried in the past and it's hardly bearable and I couldn't or wouldn't force myself to do it again ever
Good coffee, and I like to have Bacon, Sausage, Egg McGriddle as a treat every few months.I like the Double Chesesburgers too.
Fries could have been a little warmer. Customer Service was just ok. Could have been a little cleaner as well.
Not professional. I come here because I work in the plaza, they mess up my order every time. This is the first time I’m saying something and I’m just sick of it. Don’t order coffee from here. They will give you all whipped cream and ice with just a hint of coffee.
Gave them a few try’s every morning the same. Rude staff long waits. Great way to start your day with someone being rude to you for no reason. Will not return
