It doesn’t matter how many times I come to this location. The order is never right, whether it’s that food is missing, I’ve been given the wrong food or any other laundry list of problems. One time my McDouble’s were missing the beef patty’s, not just on one burger, but both. Not sure how you can be that incompetent every time.
The doors have a printed hours sign that reads as “Open 24 Hours” I don’t know who needs to be contacted, but each night they are closing the drive through with cones and a home printed sign saying they are closed. Meanwhile you can literally see the people inside the store just sitting in the dining area playing on their phones.
Absolutely aweful food. Drive thru is slow as can be. The twirp wearing a scuba mask taking orders in the drive thru , has to be the rudest person in palm beach gardens. Lost yet another fast food joint to go to.
Always terrible service sadly it’s the closest McDonald’s. I order a bacon quarter pounder for almost $6 and basically get a cheese burger that has a burger that’s super over cooked.
Honestly, one of the least reliable McDonald’s on earth. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s have so many random closures like this one. CONSTANTLY pulling up and seeing “we’re closed” paper signs taped to the drivethru. Pathetic. 3/30/2022 was no different. I’m calling corporate. This is absolutely absurd at this point. So unreliable and a tarnish to the McDonald’s name!
The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And it's literally the only fast food place in the area. 2 cars in the drive thru, 15 minutes minimum. A large line? Don't even bother. And it's easily about a 60% chance your order is right. Today, no burger in the kids meal. How do you even miss that? Thru missed 3 items. I caught 2. But they ignore you when you ask. Then they rush you and give you an attitude. The management here must just not care. I know it's well known for this location.
Constantly locked doors assistant managers being rude for very little reason and overwhelming consistently bad.Tried picking up a mobile order and was refused entry so I tried going through the drive through and they would not take that and were so lazy they could not go 2 steps to the left and see that I made a mobile order and wanted to pick it up inside and switch it to drive through
The restaurant was clean and relatively uncrowded. Our order was served correctly within two minutes, despite the store experiencing an afterschool rush in the drive-thru. Best of all, the ice cream machine was actually working! All in all, this McDonald's gets five stars from me.
I feel ripped off! I ordered the Land Air and Sea sandwich - assuming it would be assembled like the picture shows - BUT NO - I was wrong. Instead I was given 3 separate sandwiches: Big Mac, McChicken and Filet Fish to assemble myself. In fairness, after looking at the picture of the menu again, I see it states “order + make” it yourself BUT who the hell reads the words on a MacDonald’s menu??? It’s full of catchy pictures!!! That’s what people order - the pictures of the yummy (and unhealthy) food!!! UGH. Also the restaurant and washrooms were dirty and gross ??
Maybe going to a McDonald's drive-thru at 10:00 on a Friday night was not the best idea. But you know what the food's going to taste like and it did. Even having to wait in the drive-thru a little longer than expected didn't bother me very much. When you get a McDonald's craving there are things that you put up with.But, trying to place my order was somewhat frustrating as there are items on the menu board that are not available. And I'm not talking breakfast items. When I was trying to place my order I felt like the employee kept interrupting me to say "Please continue" sounding very automated/robotic, without any variation. After five or six times of this, it finally got through to me. When I tried to order the guava & cream pie he was saying "Discontinued". Once we got past that, the order was completed.At the window to pay, I did politely suggest that it might have been more helpful had he varied his response, even slightly. It was not well received. He has "been doing this job for 16 years.". But I don't think he's been doing it with double face mask and eye/nose goggles all that time. Maybe my ears are too old.Sadly, the French fries that I ordered to eat while I drove home, were not hot..The remaining food was okay for the most part and tasted as expected.I can't say it was a Happy Meal.
