Everything is sold out, order machines are not working, the staff is sloppy and slugging around like it doesn’t matter. The manager is nowhere to be found, apparently counting money for the past hour or 2.The take away line is miles long and the past four orders in here have been wrong.This place is the worst McDonald’s in the world. By far. STAY AWAY.

The only McDonald's that I will go to. The staff is so nice and friendly. They went out of their way to make my toddler very happy. Thank you!

This location has become straight up terrible. I went tonight at 8pm and the doors were locked, but plenty of customers eating inside. So I knock a few times, get the attention of a staff member, and she just sits there staring at me as I gesture to the doors and indicate I want to come inside. I had just selected inside pickup and paid for my mobile order when I pulled in. The staff member walks over, and turns out she’s the manager, and then proceeds to be extremely rude while explaining (this is being generous, as she was very nasty to me) she closed the dining room due to staff shortage, but was really mean for no reason that I caused. I just wanted to get the food I paid for. There was no sign indicating the dining room was closed due to staffing or any other reason.So I went drive thru. When picking up my food I asked for the managers name. The staff person plainly refused to provide her name. She then gets the attention of the manager who instructed the staff person to close the window and ignore me. Seriously? Is that store policy to refuse to provide the first name of the manager on duty?I have never had such a needlessly terrible experience at any restaurant. Sure you expect them to get an order wrong here or there, maybe the bathroom isn’t as clean as you would prefer, but outright rude and clearly unprofessional behavior from a manager when it isn’t even a late night shift? And this persons management style is turning other staff members into poor employees and training them to do all the wrong things.I do not see me going to this location again unless it’s an emergency for awhile until this person (don’t know her name lol) is fired.From a quick look at other recent reviews my experience seems typical of this location these days, so avoid this location if you don’t want to deal with staff and management who will likely treat you worse than you would treat an enemy.

Worst service ever experienced at any McDonald's in any location. They have incorrect posted hours never get orders correct.So if you want food that has been left on the warmer way past the amount of time it should be and would like to wait and exorbitantly long time think 20 to 25 minutes plus and if you show up past 11:00 p.m. whilst this is listed as a 24-hour location you might as well roll the dice and figure you have about a 5% chance of being served it. Unless however you are African American, this is stated as an honest observation without any prejudice or racial bias whatsoever but after sitting in a drive-through for 15 plus minutes on two occasions to only to drive around and watch an African-American individual be served on both those occasions kind of makes you see a trend. Only advice is if you stop by during the day more than likely you won't have any problems except the long wait but overall if you can avoid the location that you're safest bet

Day time operations are fine. I don't no what happens at 12 at night but everyone stops working and stands around at that time and you are left in the drive through wondering whats going on. Something happens at or around that time with McDonald's, it's not the only one like this. Some sort of sign would at least letting us know what's going on would help with the frustration.

Horrible experience, poor customer service, they were all just talking and joking around instead of working. They had people waiting 15mins or longer. Three ladies wasted there lunch break waiting on 3 McFrappes. I was like that's so wrong. I waited about the same time about 20mins or more. So sad when fast food isn't even fast.

Terrible. They website and store window say open 24/7. Have stopped,by twice at 5am for breakfast before work. First time,the said they didn't open until 6am. Second time they said they were only serving breakfast burritos and hash brown. Don't wast yoir time here. Choose another franchise

Terrible customer service - FYI check price when you order- they make price higher when they ring up. My current issue is that they charged me for an app order they failed to complete and 8x inquiries via app, calling corporate and calling store has not actually ever been responded to at the store level. I guess if they don’t respond they don’t have to credit back cost.

This McDonald’s allowed me to placed my curbside order and then I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for it they took my money and never brought out any food. all the doors are locked it’s only 930 at night. The drive-through is also closed. everything! Even though it’s a 24 hour drive-through and dining room location? there’s a girl behind the counter playing on her her mobile phone but that’s it locked all the doors stole my money and didn’t give me any food! oh wait There’s also no one to call because their customer service center closes at 8 o’clock. Bravo! ?

As I wait in the drive thru in the morning, I've had time to read reviews. Every single one about the 24 hour open time and waiting for 20 or more minutes is absolutely correct. I thought to myself. Well maybe they open at 6 and just have not changed advertised hours. But it is now 6:03 am. I have been saying "hello" to the speaker for three minutes hoping someone will respond, which is not happening. The other morning, I got here at 6:40. Waited at the window for 5 minutes to pay, and then at the pick up window for at least 10 minutes for my food. During this time, associates were literally standing there doing nothing, including what I concluded to be the manager because of the different clothing. They literally were just standing there talking, not expediting food, or gathering drinks, not working at all. This is ridiculous. Why post that you are open 24 hours, and then, not even open at 6 am. The owner, whether it's McDonald's or a franchisee really need to address the issues at hand.
