13/10 mcdanks, definitely my favorite mcdanks location. Food is always perfect and employees are very kind.
The manager is this place deserves whatever McDonalds medal they have. Our fries were hot, not too salty and perfect. Our Big Macs were how they used to be (and should be)….no lettuce and sauce dripping all over, hot and perfectly cooked. The buns were soft and not expired. Don’t always get out to McDonald, but this is worth the drive by.
Order online through mobile application get to the window, gave food order code to get told to pull forward to get charged double what the application already charged your card on file. Then the nasty sounding woman states you ain't getting your food unless you pay. I explained I paid through the app and even showed her and she said it's not her problem.
I don’t know why but this place always smell bad, like burnt meat. The bathrooms are never clean and they close their lobby in the middle of diner time. Also what’s the point of building two drive through speakers if you always have one closed.

I'm new to this location and been to this McDonald's two times for coffee and both times the manager on duty was really working hard in both drive through and front counter. Martha is the manager I'm speaking of... she should get a month paid for vacation.
Waited more than 15 minutes at the drive through along with another 6 cars in line. Lots of cars ended up leaving and once we came up to order no one would answer. We drove up to the first window and caught this employee pacing back and forth on his phone. Looked like he was playing a game, then started texting. There was also another employee that was just walking around. Lots of cars stayed back waiting. Just a heads up for anyone that wanted to go to McDonalds. (JUPITER LOCATION)
Took forever to order just small beverage. They had one woman running drive thru and front register. Perhaps training more people for the register would benefit them.
I have lived here my entire life and this used to be a great location, now you are lucky if your order is correct and you don't have to go back to have it corrected which takes forever because once you complain it's like this staff purposely makes you wait even longer. Tonight I ordered a double quarter pounder meal large sized and I got a hair in my burger and my fries were a medium so I obviously didn't eat the burger and I couldn't even try to fill up on the fries because there were not many because they always fill the container about halfway. I will not be back to this location it's just not worth the frustration. If you decide to eat here good luck.
