This reminds me of eating at a campus dining hall. As the local bagel joint that's trying it's best, this place is a 5. There's not many fast casual breakfast options in the surrounding area.Maybe if I had grown up with this place it would have a nostalgic spot in my heart. On the east Coast this place would be like a 1.We came for Saturday breakfast around 10:30 AM and the line was out the door due to social distancing. After ordering, it took about 20 minutes to get our 2 bagel sandwiches. I thought they were on the small side and the toppings were not architecturally sound. Everything kept slipping and sliding out.I signed up for their rewards and got a text for a birthday bagel and when I tried to claim it, they said there was no such thing. Cry.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! What an amazing family run business with the absolute best breakfast sandwiches (croissants especially!). Every time I come, I hear the customers in line being called by name! More businesses in town should follow suit! Highly recommend!
I went to Maplewood Bagel Market to start my Sunday and I am so happy I did! It is always so nice to see the kind familiar faces, and have a lovely conversation while waiting for my breakfast.I have been going here since they opened about 15 years ago. I always know when I go there I am going to see at least one of the three OGs working, Gus, Linda or Eric. It’s family owned and operated. Gus is a superstar on the grill, Eric’s bagels compare to no others they are the best hands down, and Linda always remembers the little details of conversations over the years no matter how much time passes. They are Jupiters family, they feed us, give us somewhere to go to converse with friends. When I think of my hometown favorite, Maplewood Bagels has always been at the top of the list.I love this staple restaurant in my hometown, the most consistent and quality food in town, and the closest thing to a NY/Jersey bagel in Florida. Locals know it’s the best local known spot, and visitors should visit every time they are near Jupiter.
I eat here on a regular basis, the food is amazing and the staff is very polite & very efficient. Most days the line is out the building but it's a short wait typically. Everytime I've eaten here I've been very satisfied. Recently my typical morning bacon egg and cheese crossiant was overcooked, the bread was hard and the bacon tasted chard. Let me just say though that this is the first time this has ever happened. Everything is great here, the food is top notch & the staff is very warm, welcoming & accommodating.
Food is not bad, but they messed up my order twice because you have to order 10 feet away from the counter top and they can’t hear me.. I’m yelling at the employee just so they hear my order because they have chairs lined up around the lobby so you can’t get too close to them. Unreal scene. Then my daughter Had to use the restroom and they have it closed off for COVID precautions lol so we had to go next door to use restroom. It is June 2022 in South Florida, only restaurant I have seen do this in the last 2 years. Terrible customer experience !

I got Maplewood bagel for Mother’s Day. The staff is always the best and so efficient. I had a large order and everything was perfect. They make me feel welcomed every time I’m there. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Maplewood bagel staff!!
I LOVE THIS PLACE! I live in Orlando and when I drive down to West Palm Beach, stoping here for a Turkey Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is a MUST! Their frozen mocha coffee is so good! I don’t know why people complain about the customer service. I always have a positive experience when I go. I’ve been a customer for 3 years now. You guys are the BEST!
Very disappointed, ordered 2 bagels sandwiches asked for egg whites only and for both to be well done. Not only was I charged extra for the egg whites which I’m fine with but neither sandwich’s where egg whites only and they both had the yolk and it was still runny. Needless to say we didn’t eat our bagels. Should never of gone back to them. I will definitely stick with Bagel Boys!
