This was my sandwich the other day. I got back to work and discovered that I only had half a sandwich. So I came in the following day and showed them the picture and explained that I was super bummed and simply asked that they give me a whole sandwich this time. The girl who was at the register was lovely and I think wanted to help and felt bad, but the manager was rude and first accused me of scraping out the filling and then when I called him on that being nonsense tried to tell me that it was obviously the correct portion but they did not spread it out and they would not remake it because I did not ‘return’ the sandwich. This is super sad because this location used to be the best John Smith’s but this is just the latest in a long line of incidents.
Chicken Teriyaki sandwich:Taste was good but presentation not as appealing. First time going but I would try again.Many people ordering a steak or chicken bombs. I'll have to try one next time
Bread is always very fresh meat is always very good very hard to go wrong with any of the variety of options and fries are top notch
May be my taste buds but the steak sandwich surely wasn't like it used to be. Lots of bread and hardly no meat. Was disappointed
The food's not bad I mean it's a steak Philly and I actually gave this place four stars because I left my credit card there and they didn't spend a bunch of money so that was nice
Bread was stale. Meat was unevenly portioned missing what we asked for on each sub. Not a big fan....

Teriyaki chicken bomb is the best. One of my favorite items on their menu. Been going to Jon Smith Subs for a long time
First time visit abd the young lady working the counter recommended several sandwiches. I enjoy one of the choices. Would definitely come back.
Steak Subs are great.. a little expensive but worth the money.
