Spicy poblano omelet was terrific as always, but what made this visit stand out was the server, Jamael, who was not only attentive, but very pleasant and just an absolute delight. It's always nice when the staff enhances your overall experience.
Quite proposterous tbh. The ba ba banana pancakes are not busting in my mouth and tasted like soap. Not busting at all. The power went out and I was cooking like a dog in the sun. Not poggers. The hashy bashys were cold. My piggy wigglys were on fire. The eggs were wetn1/5
Veeery dirty place ..? the manager picked up bread from the floor than touched the dirty mop with her hand ?? and went took the menus to the table with out washing her hand . Very discussing. We just left
Food was hot and good, our server Steve was awesome! He really went above and beyond and made sure we had an awesome experience here at IHOP
Service sucked. Coffee came in a cup with lipstick stains all over it. Told wItress, got a vlean full cup. Ordered the 2x2x2 with side of toast. Pancakes came on a plate too small to hold them, you put syrup on them it spills off sides on table. Waitress disappeared after dropping food but no side of toast. Toast came when almost done, not sliced. No offer for 2nd cup coffee, no extra napkins when I asked for. Been waiting 5 minutes since done for check to get outta here. Never coming back.
Poor presentation? More like Underserving Disgusting customer service. No matter what may be said(even a joke) You DO NOT DROP a PLATE on top of someone’s table, and let it hit your customers food or them! What the heck . That lady in the viral video, the waitress/ whoever she is, did this to a table of hard working, good customers, that just happen to be TV Celebrities. Shameful, and disgusted to have her do this to our guests in Jupiter FL. No excuse for that. And sticking up for a cook who said they were going to shoot someone just because she didn’t hear him say it??? Unacceptable. No excuse for her doing what she did, then to tell THEM to leave!! They weren’t the problem there.
I hope someone does something about the cook and the 3ft lady... Disgusting employees...

Three generations of our family descended on this IHOP for a mid-week dinner with the grandkids. They were short staffed, but the waiter worked very hard to accommodate us and did an outstanding job. He made zero errors on 12 dinners ordered and was cheerful and responsive. Food was good, the entire family had fun and the bill was low. Not much more to ask for.
The chef at night with the bandana around his head , that guy s---ks , 4 times , now last night a couple of his friends came in and I already had been sitting there , he made there order without even going through the waiter. Well they got served first on a take out before he even started on mine , never again 19 March 22
