Great experience, everyone is very friendly and professional. I recommend coming in a group of 4 to 5 people with friends or family???. I hope you guys enjoys this as much as I do!
We went on a Saturday evening, best is part they take reservations. They also let you share at no additional costs. The server Anna was nice as well as the hibachi chef Puji, he was funny and made the whole experience enjoyable. Will absolutely go there again.
Great atmosphere and impressive space inside! We visited yesterday for the first time….yes, there will be future visits ?The hosts were making ‘child-friendly chop sticks’ at the front which was a great welcoming for our 4-year old. Great waiting staff. They seemed to work as a team and all greeted us, not just our friendly waitress, Anna.Chef Robin was definitely the highlight! He made our family feel very special and was so engaging with our daughter. Couldn’t be more impressed with the food and the entertainment from Chef Robin – thank you!It was a very clean restaurant and the team was very organized during the cleaning phases throughout our stay. The area around the restaurant is also very lively. Easy to park, walk around and family-friendly neighborhood.Thank you for the great experience, Hokkaido team!
Nice place and tasty food. Meal serving time was very good. Next time I will definitely try the Hibachi table.
I enjoyed a great bento box lunch.Has full bar selection and sushi bar.Nice family celebration lunch was being held while I was here.I loved it as it bought back memories of my visit to The island of Itsukushima in Japan.
I have been a customer at Hokkaido for 6 years but that ends tonight. Our family will no longer patronize their establishment and I encourage you to look elsewhere for Japanese food. My husband ordered a new dish tonight. He specifically asked for a dish with steak, vegetables and rice. I told the hostess this when I placed a pick up order for this. She recommended the filet vegetable fried rice, assuring me that it had all three things he was looking for. When we got home, it was a to-go container filled with rice. No vegetables at all. Barely any meat. And it was a $25 dish. What sealed the deal for this being the last time we order from Hokkaido is when I called the restaurant. I figured, any reasonable restaurant owner would appreciate my loyalty for the last six years, recognize that it's insulting to charge that much for rice that probably cost $2 or less to make, and try to rectify the situation. Instead, the owner was combative and defensive. He told us to come back to the restaurant with the dish in order to get a refund. When I explained to him that we lived 20 minutes away with two young children and that was not realistic, he told us to save the dish for tomorrow and bring it then. No apology. No professionalism. Just arrogance and rudeness. The customer is clearly not important to them and he demonstrated that with how he treated us. The food has always been overpriced, to be honest. But this was the final straw. We will seek out other Japanese restaurants where we are respected and appreciated as customers. I encourage you to do the same.
? Food here is tasty! Come here for happy hour. The portions have nice sizes.? Interior is not particularly cozy. It is OK. They have outdoor tables: regular and hight too.? Seems to be quite popular. We have been there on Thursday afternoon and they already had plenty of occupied tables.
This is a nice option in Jupiter. Food is tasty, and service is quick. We went there with a large party in a couple of occasions and they were able to accommodate us with no problems. If you call in advance, they will have your table ready.
Our chef was amazing! The knife skills and humor, not to mention the actual cooking. We had amazing food. The staff came around continually, refilling drinks and clearing things. The bathrooms are clean. We left with our bellies full and in food comas.
I just left my birthday dinner. Pham was our chef and he was AWESOME!!! So funny and really great, I will ask for him next time I go for sure. Thanks so much for making my night so much fun. If you like REALLY hot sauce, ask chef Pham to try his, be warned though it’s spicy! Thank you Hokkaido!
