I went in for Acia and asked for a specialty drink. The gentleman Evan behind the counter made me a cold brew coffee with milk and BOBA, it was AMAZING!!! I think they should put it on the menu and call it “The Evan”. It filled my need for caffeine, something cold and chewy. It was like drinking chocolate milk. This is my new drink!
Came midday and it seemed like the perfect time! Not too busy and the staff was very nice. The Açaí bowls were made quick and tasted amazing! You can tell they use locally sourced ingredients because the flavor is incomparable to any other ?
Summary: Boba was watered down and overpriced for what we received and service was average. Overall mediocre experience and wouldn’t come back.Unfortunate experience… I had heard such good recommendations!I feel like the service is very hit or miss. My mom had been before many times and raves about her experience with one of the employees, and today the service was mediocre and the boba was watered down. I’m sure this is not always the case, but out of 3 teas, 1 was undrinkable. The coconut flavored one was basically water, the Thai tea was extremely watered down, the lavender fields was the same.I am extremely disappointed because again, I had heard such good things beforehand that the experience itself was a let down. I would want to go back and try it again, yet I wouldn’t want to spend the money just for the boba to be subpar.
This is such a gem of a store. Coffee is great smoothies are amazing and their bowls are healthy and come in a variety of flavors. Brian the owner is friendly and a pleasure to talk to every morning!. Do your self a favor and check these guys out.
We always enjoy going to Elements but probably won't be going back any time soon. When ordering our acai bowls my wife told them no coconut. When we got ours her had coconut so the man at the counter 1st made my wife feel it was her fault until he saw the order actually said no coconut. So they made a new one for her (we thought a new one) however when we went outside to eat it she still had some coconut in her bowl. No worries as she picked thru it but I wanted to let the man know if it was someone with an allergy then it would not have been acceptable. When I walked out my wife said she saw the man smile and while smiling and a little laughing he told the person who made it. Great Acai Bowl but didn't appreciate how he made us feel. We won't be back soon :)
Best açaí bowl in the area and I’ve tried many. Way better than 3Natives and great value!?Crave this place every week now…. One of my favorites. Just tried the Vanilla Sky frozen boba tea and it was to die for. Sooo good!!!
Really good boba tea and acai bowls! The atmosphere is super unique and calming! My only complaint is that the acai bowls taste a bit like syrup.
As a former manager, I did enjoy everything in the beginning! The opportunity to lead people and encourage great work ethic. What I don’t appreciate is how the owner treats his staff. He overworks, couldn’t care less for individuals, and it’s quick to get offended when truth is spoken. For myself, as much as I loved every team member I was able to work with, they’ve complained to me countless times on how they’ve been treated, accused of stealing, and told that they could not be trusted four terrible reasons that made no sense. Even trying to confront the owner is hard enough to do in person, so once emailed about every truth spoken from everybody, he chooses to go ahead and not allow anybody to stand up to him. It’s unfortunate to say, because at the end of the day I know it’s hard running a business, but if you are not willing to change for the right reasons, then I don’t suggest hiring people if you believe you can do it perfectly by yourself.Also to add, he overworked minors, he has violated a couple food safety laws that I have witnessed on my own including other team members as well.
I look forward to my trips to Jupiter, and this is one of the reasons! Delicious açaí bowls and great variety!
Really clean environment with nice variety of yogurt. Their fruit smoothies with popping boba are tasty but I would avoid their regular flavor boba. It’s not good compared to other places in west palm and lacks flavor. Customer service was good.
