Local restaurant with friendly staff and a very cook kitchen. Food is always fresh and served well with a smile. Large fresh portions served fast and reasonably priced
Wow! The food here is AMAZING! We were told by some friends who lived in California that the food here was just as good as Cali. Our friend who is Mexican said this is as good as food back home! The green Enchillada soup is AMAZING! I don't usually like Mexican food (wife does), and even I want to go here again! You NEED to go here for Mexican food!
After a busy day at Rapids Water Park we visited this really authentic mexican place.I love my real mexican food and have been so sad with some experiences that my hopes were down.We ordered Coronas (my friend ?) and i ordered a Modelo (this IS beer) that came along with chips and salsa. Really good to be honest.We got Tacos de Carnitas and he had Chile Relleno and Sopes de Carne.The side for my plate was ?? the rice and pinto beans omg, the beans reminded me of my mom's and the rice ? ?. The tacos were good, the carnitas maybe needed more salt but good taste.Chile Relleno as i thought would've been spicy but was amazing, cheese, rice, egg and chile ? the best!!! The queso fresco they had??I love arepas (as im venezuelan) but the sopes are the next best thing after tacos and arepas!!! Sooo crunchy and flavory ??. It's a little far from my place but if i drive up to Jupiter, i'll be back
Like the time here, I was in the area and I saw the restaurant and I said why no, they have a nice place inside, it does really look like a Mexican place, as soon as enter they new I was new I guess, they didn’t say anything only looking at me, they we polite, ask me if I want something to drink as soon as I sat, I asked for the Molcajete with two meats, so delicious $20 I think it is worth it and I got full, I just needed to get a second order of tortillas. Hibiscus Water delicious. I will come back again.
It's kind of hidden but a brightly decorated surprise! I tried vegetarian sopes. They were delicious! The sopes were hot and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The veggie toppings were fresh and had a nice variety. The price was reasonable too. I look forward to visiting again.
The restaurant has a good environment and they have good customer service. I didn’t put 5 stars because regarding the 2 things I’ve tried from there (flautas and their queso tacos de birri), my expectations weren’t completely meant. The dishes are presented beautifully and definitely met the visual expectations but, I personally felt that there could’ve been more(with those specific dishes only) in their taste. But Obviously, it’s very hard to reach everyone’s experiences:) Nevertheless, I’ll definitely still be going back to El Fogoncito to try their other numerous options.
While visiting Family, we had a Very, Delicious Authentic Mexican Dinner here at El Fogoncito!!Definitely recommend. The weather in Jupiter was Gorgeous, we ate outdoors. Perfect evening with Family
Great Atmosphere. The tortilla chips are fantastic, great salsa too. I had the Carnitas plate with rice and beans. My wife tried three different tacos. All were very good. We finished up with the Flan. Very good, very sweet.
This was my first time trying this restaurant and I must say the food was really good, it taste very authentic and homemade. Best rice and beans I've ever had. Please try the horchata, highly recommended.
