Drinks were the only good thing about this location. Food was slow and the order was messed up. Will not order food from here again.

Bet your bottom dollar this place won't see me again - disorganized isn't even the word for this MESS! I mean, you got a line of people waiting for food and the restaurant hasn't been cleaned all day... The only good thing was the boy that took my order I think his name was Aiden, he's sweet. Otherwise I would've given 1 star to this trashcan. Good riddance.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Online says they close at 9pm. I arrived at 8:30pm and it was locked up tighter than a bank. All lights off and doors locked. Clearly they don’t follow the rules.

I just want to start off by saying Steve the manager is awesome! I love this location cause they always go above and beyond! So I work with door dash and I picked up my order and while on my way to customer’s home, I almost got into a car accident so of course the order was destroyed and spilled everywhere in my car. I went back to Dunkin’ Donuts and Steve literally saved me. He replaced everything for me with no hassle or problem! He was only concerned about my well being and that I was okay and made me realize the food is the least of his worries. That’s what I call customer service and a real genuine, caring person. We need more people like that in this world! Thanks again Steve you’re truly the best :)

This Dunkin Donuts is run and operated by the most unprofessional group of degenerates in the history of degenerates. Yesterday, Father’s Day, they had a poor 70+ year old man trying to keep up with sandwich orders all by himself. After receiving my drinks another 15 minutes past before I asked to just get a refund on the breakfast sandwiches my 10 yr old son and I ordered. The person at the register couldn’t figure out how to issue a refund so I told him that if the sandwiches were done before he figured out the refund then I would just take the sandwiches and not the refund. He took offense to this and pulled the “race card” then told me I wasn’t getting anything from him. He clearly heard me say I just want my money back but said “black people are what?”, to justify his attitude. The assistant manager, also black, then said that I must be broke to be at DD on Fathers Day. I left and had to return back with the police to get my money. The store was closed when I arrived with the police as they had gotten so behind on orders and had no product available for new customers. The complete change in the assistant managers attitude when I return with a cop was impressive, I’ll give her that. But if this was my store or if it’s corporate owned, I’d fire that entire staff for the yelling and claiming of nonexistent racial comments to justify their extremely bad and shocking behavior. Yelling out that someone must be broke to be purchasing from my store would be all I needed to hear before issuing an immediate dismissal. Avoid this location as many people I’ve spoken to since, have said.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Everyone is on their phones, the staff ignores the customers, they have attitudes. I don’t leave bad reviews, but this was definitely a terrible experience. I visited on May 25th around 1-2PM. So, whoever was working clearly has no experience in customer service.

Super friendly staff. Coffee made just how I like it. Breakfast sandwich great even for lunch. Lobby needs a sweeping though.

The visit was awful from beginning to end. First they only had small or extra large cups for hot coffee. I didn't want just a splash of coffee but I certainly didn't want an extra large either. Secondly we ordered 2 orders of the mini bagels. When my husband and I got down the road we realized we only had one order. We went back and one employee along with a male employee who was walking in the door as we were leaving tried to say they pit two orders in the bag. Basically they called us liars over a couple dollars. Great customer service Dunkin! In the end we should have never turned around because though the bagels were cold they both had a weird burnt flavor to them.

Worse place ever!!Order doordash was giving something totally different from what I ordered. I drove to the location and the told me they didn't have what I order. So basically they gave me any they wanted to replace what I ordered. Then the cashier was upset and start cursing me because I asked for my money back. Haven't returned since.

Went in first thing in the morning and the donuts were beyond stale. They were terrible. I contacted DD customer service and they couldn't have cared any less. Didn't even reply after I provided my name and contact info. I won't be back.
