Air conditioning is broken in the middle of the summer. Young girl with black hair has a terrible attitude. 6 toppings not available. Slushee machine broken. DO NOT GO! You are better off heading to Culver’s next door for ice cream :)
I hardly ever allow myself to splurge on DQ. But tonight we decided to, and sent our son. When he got home I looked at my blizzard….I have an extra small cup in my small blizzard….really!!! I deserve a redo!
This place is dire need of a management overall. My family and I have attempted several visits to this place because generally we enjoy a nice Dairy Queen. That certainly does not apply to this location. They are consistently out of most things. The staff they have working could care less about any form of customer service and the place is pretty dirty most of the time. The last two attempts we've made to come here have resulted in us simply walking out due to unsatisfactory conditions and limited options. Overall 3.7Spend your money elsewhere
WE HAD A LOCAL DAIRY ONE MILE AWAY IN UPSTATE NY. EVERY 3days the MILKMAN DELIVERED FRESH BOTTLES & HOMEMADE ICE CREAM..I'M A CONNISEUR! ALL MY TREKS TO UPS I NEVER SAW *DAIRY QUEEN* NEXT DOOR AN ABSOLUTE MUST FOR A SIZZLING DAY OF FLORIDA SUNSHINE, ASOFT SERVE? CHOCOLATE CONE PILED SO HIGH THE TOP WAS SLICED OFF BY MY BIG SUN HAT B4 IT REACHED MY MOUTH! AW SNAP.. THE SERVERS WERE AMUSED & FAST ON THEIR FEET TO ASSIST CLEANING ME UP❣️ T'WAS THE MOST ENJOYABLE TREAT TO SIT & EAT WHILE REMINESCING IN A SWEET ATMOSPHERE WHERE OTHERS ATE YUMMY BURGERS, FRIES, & WINGS ALONG WITH THEIR SODAS, SMOOTHIES, SHAKES, & ?
Location is clean, service is fast, prices good. Never had an issue at this location and it is worth a visit when you need that treat.

*Im making this review on behalf of a family member’s experience*Last night around 9/10 pm my family member we will call her “C” and her friend went to this location to get ice cream everything was fine at first C ordered and paid for her ice cream and started waiting - A few moments later her friend went to order and was met with an attitude saying the ice cream machine is broken? This is 3 minutes after C had paid for her ice cream and was still waiting to receive it. Her friend decided to make a joke to lighten the situation and girl at the counter proceeded to roll her eyes and get annoyed at them for joking around and trying to make light of the broken ice cream machine. C’s friend didn’t end up getting anything and went to another ice cream store. I use to work at my local DQ 5 years ago we never had an issue with our ice cream machines “breaking” - Your Dairy Queen NOT McDonald’s. And the employees should be trained to handle situations like this better in the future.
I was treated well and the Ice cream was great, I was served by Janeen and will definitely come back.
