If I could put zero stars I would the food was ice cold from the start and the burger had a grilled onion on the bottom bun while the burger had regular raw onions. You’re telling me that wasn’t sitting in the prep table? Ya right. The cheese curds were cold and the cheese was still in a cube shape inside, having never been melted. Thank goodness the fries were subpar or this would’ve been a crime.
Shakes and service excellent. Not so hot with fish sandwich. Must of been old oil.
This is fast food I actually eat with the kids. Burgers are delicious.
Increible, this was my first time and I was amazed on how clean, decent the service and the food is. It is so good and the price is awesome for the quality. I loved it, new fan! ??
Love the roast beef sandwich. Unfortunately I can't have the custard because of my diet, but I know it is great. Quick service and friendly staff.
Went there this Friday the place was packed inside outside and a long line of cars .. I went inside to see the menu and made my order, and paid. I was given my receipt, and number 60 card, to be called out I thought possibly 59 ppl waiting too so was thinking this is going to be a long wait.. I sat down and in about 15 minutes I got my order, and it was really good eating, the staff were pleasant, and with all the ppl waiting it it was quick. Very good place ..
My cheeseburger was burnt, my "milkshake" was so watered down. They added so much syrup I could throw up. The soda machine was out of ice, they were out of lids for the soda, the floor was so sticky, and although the manager on charge was so kind, and re made everything, but the other staff members were LOST and confused. I prob. won't be back. Waste of $11.00 and it was just a kids meal.
Butter Burger was delicious. Especially liked bread. Got mindful meal of side salad and Unsweetened Iced Tea
I would consider the Culver's burger and fries better than most fast food places like McDonald's, Burger King but not as good as Shake Shack. Price is ok and employees are very friendly. There's room for improvement for sure.
As nice as the staff is, they cannot seem to get it together. 9 times out of 10, something is wrong with my order. Full-on missing items or wrong meal. Not talking about lack of dipping sauces. Ordering a fish dinner and getting no fish, just a bag of fries. Wrong ice cream 3 times in a row, hello check my receipt.Come on, folks.
