My wife and I have received several orders to go with practically zero protein on them. It just happened again today -- chicken burrito with 4 pieces of chicken on it. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but we are stuck in the maternity wing of JMC and getting a rice and bean burrito delivered when you ordered chicken is soul crushing.
Slow service, they take a lot time taking order. Expect to wait 20 mins plus to get to the front. And portions are bad gave me small spoon of chicken when I complained they got mad. For $10 a burrito at least put a decent amount of protein. Very disappointed
The place is super dirty and the workers are not prepared. Went to get food and there was no sour cream, corn, or white rice ready at the counter. And they had no guacamole in the store at all. This place needs better management. I’ve never seen a chipotle this bad.
So I don't go to this particular location anymore. It seems that everybody has the mindset of not putting enough of their product on the plate. It's like they're holding back. Food was not the issue today. A simple ask to at least four employees that the soda fountain machine was not working. As we finished our meal I went back up to get tea and notice the machine still was not working at all. Whose job is it? Do people not care anymore?
Worst ever!!!Put in order on the app specifying Hard Corn Tortillas only. They used flour tortillas. Wheat and gluten allergy. How hard is it to make a corn taco? Had a bonus for a free guacamole. They charged for it but did not include it. Messaged up both of my son’s bowls.You cannot get through to a human at the store or corporate. Offered a BOGO coupon through the app for my trouble. Are you kidding?! I could not eat my dinner!Terrible customer service, terrible prep, terrible food.Looks like Pollo Tropical and Tijuana Flats will get our business from now on.
Hit or miss on the quality of your food. Depends who is behind the counter. The kid at the counter left to go chase an underaged girl before he was yelled at by the mom. I had to wait until it was over to get my food. Service is terrible.
Even though they raised their prices, I got a bowl that was half full. I payed extra for queso and got none. Almost $3 for a side of super processed cheese and I get none. The employees look miserable. My coworker was also unhappy with her order and every time something is left out of our meal. I work in a medical office and of course we are slammed so I can't go back or call right now to complain. I, and my office is done with this chipotle. Never again
Terrible. They do NOT read the orders. Given flour tortillas when corn was ordered. Gluten and wheat allergy. You can NEVER speak to a human. Their “pepper”system is awful. Offering the customer a BOGO coupon in exchange for not being able to eat their meal is ridiculous!
The Indiantown Rd Chipotle in Jupiter is the absolute worst. They will not get your order right. Go somewhere else, like Bolay.
The restaurant isn’t bad when they actually have food or things in stock. I can’t tell you how many times I have went in there around dinner time (5-6pm) and they have been completely out of the salad dressing. I can understand if I’m coming in right before closing time, but 3 to 4 hours before closing time and you’re completely out of some thing doesn’t make sense. I probably won’t be revisiting this Chipotle. Tonight was the probably the fifth time I have went in there in the last month, and they were out of dressing.
