The impossible burger was good but the fries are addictive. I watched them prepare the burger and they changed gloves and cleaned a separate workspace to prepare it without contaminating it with meat. Hands down best customer service!

My chicken sandwich was very bland, no flavor.. just basic fried chicken. The onion rings were cut way too thick, making the onion undercooked and unappetizing. Oh and WAY overpriced!
I generally like Burgerfi and have visited quite a few locations. This one is, by far, the filthiest I have seen. The floor was very slippery, all of the floor, not just one spot; whatever was on the floor coated the bottom of our shoes. This location has a lovely outdoor seating area, the largest I have seen at a Burgerfi, and every table was dirty. Every. Single. One. One table had not only trash and discarded food, but a dirty rag and a cleaning spray bottle as well. The tables without trash on top had clearly been dined on as evidenced by moisture and food crumbs left on, I take it they simply do not wipe the tables at all. The indoor bar table was wet and dirty. Every trash can was overflowing. The cherry on top was the rude cashier, a young woman with a long ponytail (Vanessa is the name on the receipt). My husband started saying “hello” and she interrupted by yelling “DINE IN OR TAKEOUT”. My husband replied “Dine in. May I ha-“ “WHATS THE NAME” barked the lady. My husband was finally able to place our order. The kicker? She wasn’t wearing a mask, while it seemed like the rest of the staff was. We only ordered chicken tenders and those were actually quite tasty, but we won’t visit this location again because if the front of the house is this revolting, I don’t want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. We visited Saturday, December 18th, at 9:30pm.
Understaffed 3 people behind counter, Wife ordered single hamburger with onions and mustard , Got single bacon cheeseburger no onion or mustard. I ordered double bacon cheeseburger, 1 postage size 2 day old green leaf , 1 old faded tomato , no bacon , waited a full 20 minutes for order , we won't be back
I tried out a burger I never tried before... It was meh/disappointing, overpriced, and overpowered with the cheese and mayo... The fries were good. The lady who served me was excellent. If it wasn't for her awesome attitude, the rating would be much less...
Terrible! My fries were completely overcooked to the point that every fry was dehydrated and was basically burnt oil. This is my second time here and on my first visit my bun was stale. I gave them another shot and they failed again. This is consistently the worst BurgerFi in town.

DONT USE THE DELIVERY SERVICE!!! Ordered off of the BurgerFi website at 11:57am a simple cheeseburger and drink was suppose to arrive at 12:44pm (1.7 miles); however, my meal did not arrive till 1:22pm. That's horrible that it takes to deliver and make a small meal 1 hour and 25 minutes. Called over and the manager was not able to tell if the order was picked up or who had it. I explained it said BurgerFi was the delivery service. She stated she is unsure to see where it is?
TLDR; great tasting food. Drinks and sides are pricey. Staff have issues with order accuracy.I went here a few days ago and ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich. I asked for it to have no Mayo, but they also forgot to put the ghost pepper honey on it. Besides them forgetting a key ingredient, it was a well cooked and tasty sandwich and I’d say the price was very fair. I also ordered the onion rings which were really good, but kinda pricey when compared to the sandwich for the amount you get.This location could thrive but I believe they have some issues with training and order accuracy, based on reading other people’s reviews in addition to my experience. Hopefully they get this under control as I’d like to go back to enjoy the food again, and see if they can get my order correct this time.
