Great location. The food was delicious, accurate, and served quickly. LaToya was super personable and offered a high level of customer service. Definitely a good one worth visiting again.
Went for vegan fare. Tried the Beyond burger and hand cut fries. The fries were very good and plentiful, which for four bucks (no smaller option) I expected a bag buster and got it. Crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside. The burger looked typical, but dressed up nicely and was tasty and properly cooked. I would prefer a smaller option for fries, this would generally be too much for me, and I did not like having to pay so much. All in all it was fresh, very yummy and filling. About what I pay for similar fare around the country.
Food and service was terrible! We ordered 3 swag burgers along with other things and all three burgers were missing the jalapeños and the spicy bacon (which make the swag burger). When we called the store, they said those items are free and they can’t replace them but we “can spend our gas to drive up here for the sides, but we will not remake them fresh. Since those items are of no charge, nothing is really missing.” Well if I buy a car, but the tires aren’t on it, then that’s ok?? Lol They we’re rude, ignorant, and the food was put together poorly (burgers falling apart and sides put in bag upside down so everything was just loose). Two stars because there was no complaints with the shakes.
Burger was great. Outstanding onion rings. Quick friendly service. Will make sure to stop by next time I'm in town.
The service is horrible customers were waiting for ever!!Waited a long time just to get one order, two customers got their order served before us since my order was done before them.I order a burger with bread and lettuce no options with tomatoes and onions after waiting I got no buns only lettuceI complaint to the guy asking for bread in courteous maner and he bring back the same order without bread and no changes WTHHe is trying to insult logic here or he just don't care about customersI hope the manager get those issues corrected,
I waited about 45 minutes to get a burger when there was no wait.. I also got a large fry which they gave me about a POUND of soggy fries that I had to throw away. This was the worst Serves I ever had in the past 15 years of me living in Jupiter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you guys should drop your prices to Mc Donald’s prices with the experience that i had. I will give credit where credit is earned the male with the face tattoos was very respectful and nice the other white male behind the counter had a horrible tone to his voice and was not responsive complaining about “he made to many milk shakes today and “he isn’t making anymore”
Stopped in to give Burger Fi a chance after having an awful experience at the one near Clematis in W Palm a year or so ago.Wow !, what an awesome burger put out by Max and Riley, totally knocked me out. Took a few minutes to prepare but that was the kind of burger they made in the embyonic stage of this great burger bistro.Many thanks, guys you made my evening! keep up the good work, Ill be back for sure!!
I am not a burger person but today I decided to try BurgerFI and ordered their chicken tenders and TriFi. I love the service I received but I was not impressed with the good. I didn't enjoy the burger and the tenders were overly crispy .. who deeps fry tenders..OMG .
Been to probably everyone of these in south Florida. Come here at lunch on a Sunday wait in line and employees come up and tell you no longer accepting orders after waiting 20 minutes. They said they were closing for a couple hours , ridiculous, no explanation no courtesy for customers waiting !! This one on my black list , very rude and unprofessional! I own 3 businesses and would never treat customers like this, especially in todays world where business need people and business more then ever!
Great food and super friendly staff! Not too busy and food came out quickly!All of us enjoyed our food, even our 1 year old!We will definitely be back ?
