Enjoyed our food, everything was nice and fresh. Everything had its own flavor/sauce so it is difficult to create a bowl with coordinated flavors. Everything tasted good on its own. The bases were all cold and we would have like warm pasta or hot rice. You have a limited number of vegetables you can add to your bowl and most add ons require an extra price. Lots of vegan, vegetarian and fresh options.
Always friendly staff. Love that Forbidden Black Rice! Not feeling the $,2.25 extra for shrimp tho, other than that, the quality of the food is superb!
Outstanding service. Taylor is an absolute professional when it comes to service with a smile. However… chicken quality is sub par and the steak is a questionable decision when you factor in the 3$ up charge.
Had a GREAT experience at this restaurant. Was my first time visiting and the staff was very friendly, store was clean and the food was excellent! The manager Pat even stoped by to check on me to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be back!
Every time I'm down in South Florida, I always make sure to stop for Bolay. The food is good, the staff are friendly, and I genuinely enjoy the experience each time I eat here. If you like Chipotle and don't like E. Coli or other food borne illnesses, you'll love Bolay. It's Chipotle, but without the sketch.
Pros: gluten free and healthier fast food than McDonald's or taco bellCons: $17 for a bowl with 2 proteins and only 1 upgraded to steak. Portion of veggie and protein is less than a nice sit down restaurant and bolay is a much smaller portionPoor quality meat/chickenEXTREMELY salty to the point you can barely eat it.Now that I'm eating maybe a taco from taco bell would have been a better optionIt's really not good unless it was maybe $10/ bowl I guess that would make up for it
The customer service was impeccable! Taylor was so helpful and answered any questions we had. All the employees were quick and respectful and the environment was clean and calm! Definitely will bring my business back here!
I have come to this Bolay on several occasions and the staff is always very friendly and have excellent customer service! On my visit today 3/29 I complimented the staff on their hospitality and wanted to leave a review with the hopes that management recognizes their great attitudes and continues to take care of their employees!
Fresh and delicious. I've been going once a week since I discovered this place. Pricey but well worth the portion.
