Called and asked how long the wait was to avoid a long wait and here we are no food going on a hour plus of waiting.... Never again food came and it was bairly warm and the soup was wrong and to top it off the driver ate some of the crunchy noodle things gross legit came 1/3 ate and twisted shut grosss
Teriyaki sticks are great. Lo Mein with Chicken is too oily for my taste. Prices are not cheap.
Horrible food and even worse service. coworkers and I didn't receive our delivery after 1 1/2 hrs. When calling to check on status the employees including manager acted confused and said they'd call me back before hanging up on me. After 15-20min with no return call I have to again reach out to them . The woman puts the "manager" on again who hangs up on me for the 2nd time with no explanation . Eventually the food arrives and is completely wrong and one of my coworkers didnt have a meal at all . This location has gone so down hill ! I of course asked for complete refund and "Manager" tells me there is nothing he can do for me . WHAT !? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
3 weeks ago I paid around $12, last week I paid 16 and today paid 22 for the same combination.
Food was good, but after raising prices 20+%, you would think the order control would have improved. Ordered 3 dinner specials and they didn't put the egg rolls in the bag! I guess I should have checked, not worth the 20 minute round trip to go get them.
Can’t review the food because it never showed up!!! Ordered dinner at 5:15 on their website thru Beyond Menu. Received the confirmation the order was placed and told delivery would be at 6. After 5 calls checking on my order and multiple promises of getting called back (and clearly no calls) there was still no delivery. At 8 pm I was told for the 3rd time it was out for delivery but nothing showed up. The staff was clueless and no idea where my order was or what was going on. The “manager” had no idea either. Poorly run business. Wish I knew about the food? Cereal for dinner tonight.Update-they called me at 9:30 to ask me if I still wanted my delivery. Really? They have no clue what’s going on.

Avoid the Pu Pu platter. $18 for tasteless food that is insufficient to feed even a tiny human. 0 quality, 0 quantity, 0 value. 0 visits in the future. Yech!!
The food quality and portions are very good. We have ordered several times there and each time we were very satisfied. One time they mixed up my order and they did everything to make things right. The help are friendly and responsive.
