Do not trust any of the negative reviews. If you like good bagels, especially a good bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel.. this is the spot. It is a staple to my weekend breakfasts. The Cowboy is an awesome sandwich- highly suggest that as well.
Expected a lot better based upon the reviews. Bagels were pretty hard to chew. I'm from the NYC area and these are nothing like bagels up north so I don't know what these people are talking about. Either they are getting them toasted or I went on an off day.
Always have a great experience here and the food is the best! I often preorder large orders for work accounts and they always have it ready perfectly put together. They have had the same employees working there for a long time which says something!
Bagels were good. I would have liked to have given them 5 but was disappointed in the selection I was given for a dozen. They had plenty of selection and when I asked for an assortment he gave me 2 of same vs 1 of each.
Been local to the Jupiter area for over 10 years now and Bagel Boyz has always been a massive staple to our community!It's been amazing to watch them significantly grow over the years and it's really not surprising as to why more and more people come every time I stop by.Every time a hurricane/bad storm caused places to close down/everyone to lose power? Bagel Boyz was there making sure people were fed one of the ONLY places willing to open their doors. The very beginning of covid? Bagel Boyz was there for their community adapting their guidelines making sure families were safe and could still get food. The love they continue to show for our area is unmatched by any local restaurant.Their menu has evolved over the years, and the quality is still top tier! They serve the best cold brew coffee I've ever had in my life (it comes with a price but one that is well worth it). Plenty of amazing breakfast sandwiches to choose from and a lunch that is one of the biggest hidden gems (try their philly cheesesteak or hot pastrami wow!)Have I ever gotten something messed up here before? Yes. Have I've waited a long time in line before ordering/getting my food? Yes. It's a very high volume restaurant with everything cooked to order. This isn't a fast food chain, which I believe many people have come to think based on their recent reviews.And even with the bad visits I've had, the staff there make sure they go above and beyond to fix any mistakes/compensate you for the inconvenience. They are human and the volume they handle is absolutely crazy so kudos to them for doing as well as they do under the mass amount of pressure. They also are great to talk to and they do recognize alot of their customers on a daily basis and conversate with them (much better than someone screaming next! or calling you a number.)That's my take on the Bagel Boyz here in Jupiter! If you enjoy fresh food, a friendly staff, and supporting local businesses this is the place to go! On the weekends be prepared to wait or order ahead of time on their app, website or phone and you'll save yourself alot of time if you're in a rush. Thanks for always taking care of the people who keep your doors open! With some recent hate it seems there's plenty of people who still know the core values of this place.
I stopped by there today for lunch and my first experience was in the washroom. The floor was full of bagel crumbs and it look like it was an “everything bathroom”! It was quite disgusting. The coffee machines were filthy dirty and the coffee tasted like the inside of the machine had not been cleaned in quite some time. The egg omelette was pretty bad. It tasted like it came off a dirty grill. I could not finish the omelette and I threw my coffee in the garbage can at the shop next-door since they were no trash cans to accommodate customers outside bagel boyz. The napkin dispenser was empty, the tables were dirty and I would never go there again.
Been getting an everything bagel once a week and it was good for a while. Sometimes, like today, this bagel is so salty it is literally inedible. I thought I was crazy until a friend told me they had the same experience at a different location. There is so much salt on these bagels it is genuinely inedible. And I’m not some picky critic… you are literally crunching salt while eating it. It’s so bad I’m just confused. Who can eat this? You need to keep chugging down water with each bite
Yikes. Gave them 3 chances, bad service/bad food every time. Always have a 30+ minute wait if you want to sit down and eat. If you order ahead you're golden. But I like to order, sit and enjoy. Noticed someone else reviewed them today... they had time to reply already but it took 45 minutes to get a bagel and eggs w/ hashbrowns this morning.
Walked in at 10:54 am and got my food at 11:30, only because I walked up to the counter to find my food sitting there. No one called out my name for the order. As a result, my food was cold. I asked the girl if she could heat my food up and she said she didnt know if she could do that. She ended up remaking my bagel. So after 40 minutes, I finally got my food. Wont be coming back here again.
These bagels are the closest to jersey and New York bagels! We've been looking for a bagel place since we moved to Florida 6 years ago and we definitely found it! They also make really good sandwiches! It's a must try
