This hibachi restaurant was very friendly and has some of the best food I have eaten. The steak and chicken hibachi is some of the best I have had. The two owners are very personable and amazing hosts.I would reccomend this place to anybody
The food here is delicious and fresh! The spring rolls, the soup, everything was really great! We ordered take out at luch time, the food was prepared correctly with individual names on the bags. We were hosted by a woman who was very hospitable and so nice. We will definitely be eating from here again.
My friend recommend I come here , it was absolutely amazing . Love the food was the best hibachi I ever had , great portions and my server who I believe was also the Owner was so sweet and attentive . Very cute little place and they have a nice selection of sweet beers, Japanese sake and more. I can’t wait to come back ! Thank you
Akiyo has great prices for steak and chicken hibachi in the jupiter area. Large portions make great for next day leftovers. Courteous staff and chill ambiance.Friendly recommendation: ambient music!
What was t a terrific meal. Very tasty and plentiful. We waited just a few minutes for the hibachi table and had the steak and chicken and calamari. All terrific but the steak was the best! Fried rice was awesome and the chef and staff were super friendly. We will be back for sure!
What a great addition to the area. Super friendly and attentive service. Fun but cozy atmosphere. And the food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Definitely the best hibachi in the area, and among the best overall restaurant experiences too. Will certainly visit again.
Absolutely LOVE this place. The owners, a husband and wife, are so incredibly sweet and funny!! Although there are only two hibachi tables, the food more than makes up for it!! I would definitely wait for a table here rather than get seated right away at a chain restaurant. The food is consistently amazing and the staff is awesome! Our waitress, Holly, was attentive, sweet and super accommodating. We will continue to return and tell everyone we know about our fantastic experiences!!
Amazing small family-owned restaurant! The Hibachi was delicious, and the service super friendly and great. The owners are there cooking, and serving making sure every guest is having a good experience - You can genuinely see that they care!If you want Hibachi do not go to a CHAIN restaurant and get a "Cookie Cutter" experience. Akiyo is the place! (Fyi, they only have two Hibachi tables, and we visited during the early week so it was a very short wait, but if you are coming on the weekend you might have to wait a bit longer. If you are not doing the Hibachi they do have other tables available - I don't think they take reservations, but you can always call and find out how busy they are at the moment.)
A small mom and pop shop, support local business. Great portion size, price and taste!! The hibachi chef was very entertaining and the wait staff was so friendly. It takes a couple minutes longer than a traditional wait staff/restaurant but well worth it. A great experience with great food!
The restaurant has a great décor and ambiance. The staff is friendly and has is detail oriented.The hibachi was a great experience. The chef was funny, skilled and his food was delicious! The portions are bountiful so you don't leave hungry. The Yakatori and Gyoza were excellent as well!Makes for a great family dinner or date. I highly recommend visiting Akiyo.
