We are very disappointed with our experience today!ordered 2 “all hopped up” smoothies and after having a only a few sips we noticed there was a strange taste (or should I say tastelessness)! Normally, I would just drink it anyway, but this was literally that tasteless! It was like drinking burnt cardboard with ice..?!I sent my daughter back in to see if we could simply get a credit and get 2 different smoothies? They said, “NO we can’t give you any credit or even a discount”,and charged us for 2 more smoothies..?Needless to say it was a lot of expense $$ for very little reward. ??Would NOT recommend this particular location (the one by Leftovers restaurant).Not just because their smoothies are tasteless but mainly because of the very poor costumer service! I use to own a small cafe myself, I would NEVER treat my customers that way!!I truly lived by: “the customer is always right” motto!Seems like the new norm in customer service is to treat customer poorly and then make them pay for your mistakes??! ?#trulydisappointed
So far every location I've visited from Port St. Lucie down to Pembroke Pines has been very pleasant. This location didn't miss a beat. Best Acai Bowles around.
I would say I like 3 natives the food and drinks taste fresh and healthy it’s also pretty clean inside however I would say the service needs to be improved a little bit but overall I would recommend eating here for lunch and dinner.

I frequent the Abacoa 3 natives. I typically add peanut butter to the base of my açaí bowl. When ordering on the website there is no option to ADD peanut butter. Since the website has never had the option, I have always called in my order. Today an automated message answered the phone saying they no longer take over the phone orders. I ordered my açaí bowl online and decided to click “add peanut butter as base”. I did this so it would basically charge me for the peanut butter.On the Special instructions: Please add peanut butter to AÇAÍ base. There is no option to add on the website.When my wife arrived the bowl was made incorrectly with the full peanut butter base and no açaí. The employees never looked at the ticket. When my wife explained the issue, showed them the note, and asked for the small bowl to be remade, the employees REFUSED. 3 separate employees arguing with her that it was already made so we should “just take it”. In the end, the correct bowl was not made. I live in abacoa and frequent this 3 natives often. This will be my last time ordering from this location. Unfortunately they lost my business over a small açaí bowl.
Wanted to call in a 6-meal order for a work account lunch and they wouldn’t let me call it in over the phone. Said I can only pre order online and pre pay. Super inconvenient when I am working and driving and unable to do that. Simply called the 3 Natives Juno and they were happy to accommodate. Went there instead.
Always welcoming and professional. Very efficient and a nice place for a healthy Bute to eat.
Went in today and no one came to the front for at least 10 minutes and then another person came in and finally they come after 5 minutes after they walked in and heard the doorbell. Blonde lady working this morning was very uninviting and seemed as if she had better places to be. No smile….seems annoyed with her job. Not the kind of service customers that are buying from you deserve. Proceeds to rush me with ordering as I was clearly still analyzing the menu. She shouldn’t have a job there if she doesn’t have the customer service skills…. Maybe if you didn’t rush me I would have tipped more. Maybe a meeting to talk about customer service or some training would help out.
I absolutely love visiting 3 Natives in Jupiter off Military Trail. I not only love the food, but enjoy seeing the friendly staff each time I visit. I am a huge proponent of excellence and the staff at 3 Natives are phenomenal and always provide excellent customer service. The most amazing thing is that the staff actually know my name and know what I order!! My favorite Acai Bowl is the VOT with peanut butter and my mom's fav is the PB&A! I also love the Pineapple, Ginger, Honey shot. Devin, Janet, Baba, and Gabe YOU ALL ARE AMAZING! Keep shining and keep providing exceptional service. God bless!!
We love 3 Natives! Everything is fresh and delicious! The atmosphere is welcoming, the restaurant is clean, the employees are friendly and professional and service is quick! Our favorites are the Going Green smoothie, the Tequesta Dragon bowl, and the Thai Chicken wrap. YUM! I’d love to see 3 Natives expand into the Atlanta area!!
