Went to eat with a group of 10 people at 4:45pm on a Saturday afternoon. The manager was very rude and upset that we were sitting where all of the tables had just been cleaned and the chairs had been put up. She then complained that we couldn't sit in there because they closed at 7:00pm and didnt want to clean up again the table and chairs again......even though they didn't close for another 2 hours. She continued to be snippy with our entire party. They didn't seem happy to have our business so I guess we won't be giving them our business again. ?♀️
I got the chicken strips with coleslaw and there was hardly any coleslaw in it. I get it all the time at another Zaxbys and it's always full . my husband took it up and they said that's how it is and they gave me a little more but it's still not full. the fryers are really dirty and there is hardly no seasoning on the fries. I will go back to the other one before coming here again and we have been here many times and it was fine
Food was cold. Service was slow and bad. They thought it would be funny to tell us our order number was 69. But they didn't humorously call 69, they called 41 so our food sat up on the counter for a while. No condiments are out. Not was there anyone at the counter to ask for them. They don't take the chairs down to sit down on. If I could give 0 starts, I would. Ice machine broken and tea not in lobby.
Cool people and service, but I had to ding one star for serving aged chicken consecutively.Dear staff, if the chicken on the sandwich is old, maybe don't serve it to the drive-thru customer.Just make or at least find a fresh one.

Came to eat on a Monday at 6:38 and was toldOnly doing Togo food and they were already mopping. I don’t understand why an establishment that closes at 9 is mopping more then 2 hours before they close.
Terrible experience. Usually zaxbys is great. Waited to order even though there was no one in line. Once ordered, was waiting for my food and had to witness the cook and front register person argue over food that had or had not came through the window. I could see food that looked like mine sitting in the window in the meantime, after a few more minutes I had to ask the guy if that was my food or not and he then replied with what did you order? Once he figured out it was mine, he still waited for someone else to bag it up for me. Tasted poorly cooked in comparison to my other experiences at different locations. Will not be coming back here again.
Zaxby's always provides great service and food. Ted has been very accommodating and supportive of the high school baseball team! The sandwiches always sell out.... Thanks Zaxby's!
Alright where should I start. I only write reviews when it’s absolutely amazing or it is terrible over time. When a place messes up to much I stop going for a month and then try again. Well I’ll start off with a few months ago. I got completely incorrect orders. Cold fried. Forget the sauces I get charged for…. So I have a break after multiple times. To try again today. And half my order was wrong and half my sauces I paid for are not there… I give up with this location.
Fries were frozen and fryed ok.Chicken wings no taste unless you add your own. A little more expensive for fast food.
