Placed an in app order at 10:49pmPaid and pressed what stall I was in. Sat and waited for 25 min in the stall only to be told that they’re only doing drive thru orders. The app never said anything that it was drive thru only. By the time I got the order it was 40 min later. They served me cold burgers and melted icecream. I want a refund including the tip that I added for the employees. Terrible experienceI’ll never go back!!
Honestly, this 5 star review isn’t for Sonic really, but for an employee that touched my heart. I come from a background when I was younger working drive thrus at Starbucks which we all know is no walk in the park.Due to a staffing issue according to Sonic, an incredible woman named Sharon was working the drive thru alone. With a car park of wrapped vehicles. The wait was expected, for one person to make food, beverages, take orders, as well as close out at the window.By the time I made my way to the window, anyone would’ve been a bit irritated you could say due to times sake. Seeing Sharon though changed it all, coming over to the window with a smile, and apologizing, working the entire store alone. Sharon, you’re the real MVP, and Sonic is lucky to have someone as hard working as you. I’d give you 10 stars if I could.
It was my first trying a burger, my #3 was hot with gooey cheese no mayo and my tots were crispy. Very satisfied.
The icecream is homemade and very tasty. Wendy is super polite !
Great location a old manager o use to work with when fort pierce location is the gm named john he has great staff with good service and great customer service if there is even a slightest mistake they get it fixed right away. By far best sonic on the treasure coast and great management food and service is 10/10 if u havent had food from this location. And just remember their ice cream machine is always working.
Great service great food. Hamburger was so big couldnt finish it.

If you are going to cancel carry out service, why wouldn’t you shut off the menu kiosks so people don’t keep pulling up to them?
I'm Going 2 bed early 2night so 2morrow can come much faster.. that way I can get my @$$ back to Sonic!
