The table was still dirty and everything greasy. Wouldn’t honor any of my reward points after 6 prior visits and our waiter didn’t know what to do and walked away, so we left. Why have a Reward Program if you don’t honor it? Jensen Beach US1 location. Someone reached out to us and wanted me to return so they could make up on our bad experience. So my wife replied to their request and haven’t heard back from Red Lobster. Jerry T.
The server and service was amazing, very kind staff. Had some seating requests which they made accommodations for quickly and gladly.The food though, which is in end what we really go for... Tasted a bit high in salt/sodium, not just mine but the others whom I dined with that night.
The new Argentinian shrimp was just the best. Too bad it is just an add on to a regular entree. But $4.99 for two skewers is an excellent value. Keep it on the menu please,

Good Food and Service ,Server was very friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed.
My wife and I frequent different locations being one of our favorite places on our list. This time at Jensen Beach on US 1 location it did not hit the mark as per our expectations by comparison to other locations. Slow service, drinks and biscuits. My wife loves trio shrimp as always and had no issues, shrimp well prepared at different levels, sauce spot on and linguini perfect. I ordered surf and turf lobster, scallops and steak. Lobster very good and steak was spot on. Problem i had was the scallops wrapped with beacon!! Too much beacon confused the star of the flavor being scallops, beacon was king of the flavor and could not taste scallops at all. A bit disappointing dish due to much higher prices due to our current economy and expected a real seafood taste. Server needs to be more attentive even during a slower time of day approx 3pm. Not a lot of people at all. Server with a busy shift will not keep up with the demand of service and for that a 3 star was awarded to include the scallops, terrible combo and should be re evaluated in a seafood restaurant. Perhaps a tiny thin strip of beacon as opposed to full beacon strip may be an option, just dont kill the expensive exotic desired flavor of scallops this way.
Not a red lobster fan .But this one is amazing food taste real not frozen like . And the the servers are in top of it all. And We love Mark the bartender is sweet and knows his stuff
We got craving for Red Lobster biscuits while driving by. Made u turn. Hostess was great. It was lunch hour. She special ordered an order to be made for our takeout. Yummy piping hot and tasty. Forgot to take photo. Now they are all gone.
