Ordered new pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. Bread sticks and a cookie. $40. To have it delivered and pizza was not cooked all the way. No topping on pizza just cheese. Beead sticks was plain no garlic Parmesan. And cookie was to done. Waste of money. No one wanted it.. This is not the first time i had a bad experience here. But it will be my last.
Only after my order was placed/paid did the site notify me delivery would take an *hour and a half*. I called the store less than 2 minutes later to switch to pickup, was immediately put on hold. After four minutes when no one picked up, I hung up and called again. The employee (who answered right away since they forgot/ignored me on hold) first insisted the pizza was in the oven, and that it’s location as such somehow made it impossible to change. Told them I would be there in less than ten minutes, to which they tried to insist couldn’t be done. They finally go to get a manager, and, to my huuuuuge (not) surprise, it magically *could* be done. They then had the nerve to condescend to me and request I call “sooner” next time.I guess two minutes after somehow isn’t “soon”, but then again leaving me on hold for 4 minutes wasn’t answering soon either, so who knows what concept of time reigns in this place. Apparently all the employees here are capable of is being facetious and performing the bare minimum by not improperly making orders. Take my advice. Go to the Papa Johns on 231 SW PSL Blvd, this location isn’t worth the cardboard their orders are boxed in.
Purchased a medium Philly steak and cheese.Very minimal cheese and only one slice had steak pieces. Very little green peppers or onions.Not sure what went wrong but have to rethink my next purchase. Maybe Domino’s next timeI would have added photo but I didn’t realize one could be added until we my wife, grandsons and I finished the pizza and I went on line to fill out this review.
I ordered my pizza on the app, the app told me I would get it delivered at a certain time & 30 minutes past the time I called the store to see where it was since the app added another 30 minutes to my delivery time I was greeted very rudely on the phone & even laughed at by an employee when I said I wanted to cancel my order. Then I received a phone call by a lady who claimed to be a manger named Heather & she was as well rude to me on the phone gave me attitude & made excuses like if I was wrong for being frustrated that my pizza hadn’t shown up after almost 2 hours of ordering it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They do not know how to treat a customer, so now they lost one.& I still didn’t end up with pizza!
Very nice people. Always on time or under their delivery time. Tried and true the best. The raw ingredients makes it taste like home. You can't miss with the wings or the jalapeño poppers!!
I'm not a gourmet pizza guy, it's just fast and easy. In this case consistently good. A few orders ago we discovered the thin crust, our new go-to.
Last night we had our first Triple Bacon, with Stuffed crust Papa Johns' pizza. It was soooo good, we'll be ordering more!!! I've always like the favor of Papa Johns' food. Now that my husband has learned he can get stuffed crust, we'll be ordering from Papa Johns'
Not all that special. I was surprised at how expensive our order was for the quality compared to dominos. Yes, it really costs THAT much for what you are getting.
I ordered 3 pizzas. They brought me to and when I called to tell them, the manager hung up on me!
Not very good. Sauce was bland, very little pepperoni and mushrooms and not much onion. Was very expensive for what we got.
