I’m so disgusted by the health department report 4/11/22 . Roatches everywhere!!! We eat at the restaurant Friday and I couldn’t help but think that the service is so poor due to low help. How can you keep this place clean? Well now we know, they can’t. You have a great product but you forgot to to keep your restaurant clean. You lost a good customer, we will never come back ever !!!!
Food good ….service appalling. Another whole family who were seated 15 mins after us were served appetizers and their entrees while we sat and waited for our food to come out. When it finally arrived the pizza arrive first and then 10-15 mins after the other dishes arrived by which time the pizza was cold. The waitress was no where to be seen …… I had to go seek her out to get drink refills and overall her attitude was pretty poor. We couldn’t even get her to pay the bill and it wasn’t because the rest was busy because it wasn’t. Please do better because I know you can and don’t think that we are just tourists because we aren’t. We live here all year round and now have to tell everyone just how much the standards have dropped when I could be telling them how much we enjoyed it.
The food there is great! We went in there on a Wednesday because on the website it states $6.99 large cheese pizza. We got charged the regular pizza. We were disappointed but the pizza was still great!!
We went there Sunday with another couple as we go twice a week and always have the family old is always great but due to not having enough to waitresses can be slow which is understandable. But this time we got there at 2:30 pm and place was empty we waited till 2:45 for our orders to be taken. We ordered the last nch specials as we were well before 3 pm cutoff.When we got our bill we were e charged full price instead of special when we asked the waitress she said you ordered after 3pm and our receipt showed a later time.I explain cause you put our order in later we were here before 3pm. She then stated that’s the way it is and I replied maybe we should stop coming here. She then replied good don’t come here. You wouldn’t mine but this happened once before. If they are slow getting orders make a note when we arrived and due to staffing issues honor your menu
I started by getting there pizza every week.Then I went for dinner one night. I ordered the eggplant. I'm not a meat eater.I very happy with my meal.And the pizza is great also.I would recommend giving it a try.
Santos catered a party for 20 at my home and it was perfect. The food was delicious, delivered right on time and I didn’t need to do anything. All my guests were so impressed. Highly recommend Santos.
Great food, garlic knots are awesome. Large Sicilian pizza is huge, thick crust, but light and airy (had egg plant) Also had the chicken parm (early bird special), everything was delicious. Lots to take home for 2nd's ans 3rd's. Will become a regular!
YUM! New to the area & began here, we were craving Italian & picked Santos. It happen to be a hopping place due to the happy hour. However we were able to get two bar seats, which was fine for us. Wine was on happy hr. (I think till 7:00) But I think we missed the food happy hr. Ended at 6:00? Santos himself is there to work the bar or wherever else. Hard working staff as well, you can tell they aim to please. I had the eggplant parm & hubby had the veal parm both were VERY GOOD, piping hot & generous servings. Can’t wait to go back, pizzas looked amazing too

Owner is rude in general, nasty to his employees, wait staff is slow, was finally seated than had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. This is not authentic italian food! Olive Garden is better and that's not saying much.
