Mobile pickup wouldn't work so I had to go in anyway. Then after sorting that all out, got back out to the car to find that one of two things happened - they gave us a 10 piece nugget as ordered, but no 4 piece nuggets in the 2 happy meals...or they put the the happy meal nuggets in a separate bag and missed the 10 piece entirely. It was easily corrected and handled, though it defeats the purpose of the app and mobile pickup to have to go in anyway because something is wrong on their end.
FOUND PLASTIC IN MY MCDOUBLE LAST WEEK. Customer service here is really declining. The young woman at the drive thru (first window) had a nasty attitude and closed the window in my face. All I did was ask for a receipt! Got my receipt from the girl at the 2nd window (wearing headphones) so I could complete a survey but the ink was out. I'll be making a phone call to the store itself and to corporate. Also, as mentioned.. there was plastic in my burger that i choked on. These young people you have working here have absolutely no respect and manners.
The best Mickey D's I've been to in 25 years! I went inside and asked for a fresh Big Mac & hot fries. It was absolutely delicious! The bun was nice and fluffy. The meat was fresh not hard or over cooked. The cheese was melted and extra sauce was extra tasty! My large fry was hot and not over salted! Too add to my positive experience the cashier was very friendly and made sure to relay to the cook I wanted fresh food. I gave her a tip for doing a grrreat job! The bathroom was pretty clean too. It just had a problem with the auto flushing in the master stall. I loved the modern retro decor and the comfy chairs. Grrrreat job keep up the good work!!
Continuously disappointing. Don't say your open 24 hours if you're not going to offer anything on the menu late night. Every time i go here it either takes literally 30-45 min for them to take care of 6 or 7 cars which is ridiculous, or they are not serving anything on the menu at the time. Tonight when i got off work and everything else is closed, drove all the way here at 1:15 and they say they are only serving fish.. like is that a joke?? Everything about this location is seriously lacking (customer service, organization, and reliability) and has done nothing but go downhill.
This is the worst McDonald’s in town!! I am a doordasher so I go here frequently and every time I come in no one greets me I’m waiting 10 minutes past pick up time. I see employees holding their phones while they are handling fries and peoples food. The employees are laughing and goofing around. This is absurd As a former McDonald’s employee DO BETTER! Train your employees better because if I was running that store a lot of the employees would be fired for what I see. This is absolutely ridiculous how these employees act with customers inside the lobby or even to look at how messy behind the counter is.
If I can give this McDonalds a negative 10 start I would. First off the young little girl at the drive thru that takes the order is HORRIBLE ! Horrible attitude, horrible way of speaking, horrible manners, just a horrible human. She should not be working with customers and she has ZERO people skills, I would love to meet her parents. Management should know better but to have someone like this taking orders. Like if you don’t want your job there’s plenty of other humans that would de a 100% better job at it, you’re just taking orders , what’s the attitude for. When we arrived to the window and asked for the receipt she still has an attitude. I reported her to management and hopefully something is does asap. Though I’ve been here in the mornings and the service is excellent. The afternoon/evening we went and encounters this horribleness was over the weekend
worst staff ever 4/6/22 they didnt want to give me a one of my fries, or my sweet tea, or a straw. and then all gave me stank eye for expecting what i pay for. a couple months ago the cashier had his pants down with his underwear showing. i dont know who owns this location but they are a piece of work. the mcdonalds in jensen beach is the worst. go to culvers its right down the road
The fact that they have 3 people working and one who didn’t speak English with a line of 12 cars early in the morning was ridiculous. Took 25 minutes to get my food and I ordered a caramel frappe and after paying for it told they don’t have caramel frappe. It’s been 3 weeks since they haven’t had it. Made everyone late for work. Worst ever. I will definitely be communicating with corporate
The drive thru person was having a personal conversation on the phone the whole time. Had 1 vehicle in front of us and it literally took 10 min for him to take our order. Finally at the second window we are told 3 min for the fries. What have you been doing this whole 10 min with one car in front of us????? Oh that's right on your cell phones texting. Omg no sense of urgency whatsoever. Worst I have ever seen.
Everytime I've ordered from them for the last 3 months my orders have been wrong and I can't call and say anything because they leave the phone off the hook so it sends a busy signal. Very disappointing in how they want to get paid more money for even more disappointing food.
