In the last 3 weeks we have gone to KFC at Jensen Beach and US1 twice. Both times requested dark meat bucket and and sides. 1st time got a regular bucket with extra pieces of white meat. The chicken was old and the outer fry fell away in pieces. We threw it out.Tonight we tried again. Walked in to ensure I got what I wanted. ASKED for ALL dark meat bucket. Mixed bucket and the chicken had been over fried so much that the white meat was not edible. Definitely crisp. Not sure what happened to this location but after 20 years we won't be back.

We eat dinner here often. Never crowded so we enjoy eating in the dining room. Food is served hot and quickly.
Chicken is usually hit or miss. I managed a KFC for 5 years. Pretty sad when you get original at 6pm and it's some dry stuff that's been sitting in a warmer for 2-3 hours. 3 piece contained 2 thighs and a leg, instead of correct pieces. Love your Cole slaw and mashed with chicken ? dinner, but frankly Publix has consistently better fried chicken. Sad.....
Every time I go here I vow to never come back..everytime they don't have what I want to order,whether it's chicken,or mash pot gravy,or Cole slaw,or biscuits..everytime..last night no tenders,ok so I ordered two breasts,mash,Cole slaw..ooops,no cole slaw no biscuits..that's it!! Never mind..
Bad service. They didn’t put any utensils for 3 personal famous bawls, and drinks smelled like bleach.

I occasionally drive for Uber Eats doing deliveries of food and I generally try to be as professional as possible however when I pick up from this KFC they're very nice until I tell them I'm from Uber then they get very rude. And ignore me. It seems very unfair to the End customer that I have to wait so long for their food that is sitting on the back counter getting cold while their employees at this restaurant are snubbing me
