The WORST customer service. I love Jersey Mike's but absolutely REFUSE to go to this one anymore. I have been to this particular location 3 times & Each time I have been ignored when I am the only customer standing in line and other customers walk in after me. I will be standing there ready to order but none of the employees greeted me or asked to take my order, then when another customer comes they greeted them and took their orders. Today was the third time this happened, so much so that I had to say out loud how they must not have seen me standing there waiting to order once again. The other customers had even commented how it was wrong that they ignored me and asked them their orders first. It was the other CUSTOMERS that offered for me to go ahead of them in line NOT the employees. Jess eventually took my order and made my sandwiches however it has been her that has been the one to ignore me the previous times I've walked in. Which makes me wonder how many others she does this to and if this is how all the employees at this location treat customers. I chose this location because it is located close to my house however I will now drive 20 mins away to a different Jersey Mikes from now on. It sucks to order my family subs and come home in a bad mood due to terrible customer service. Jersey Mikes is supposed to make a difference in your day and this one did, only the difference was a negative one. The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because the subs are good, otherwise I'd give it ZERO. Jersey Mikes is supposed to be a sub above, unfortunately this location definitely is NOT.
Used to really love this place-could always count on it to be clean..great service….food perfect — lately it is hit and miss depending on which crew is working….most of the time still good…but several of the new folks are always off the mark,…food handling is not good…counter is always a mess….hands go from food, to register…to cleaning products and back again without new gloves or washing….. and even food quality seems to have changed…..the roast beef today had so much thick lines of fat I was sorry I ordered the sandwich…. I find myself often driving there to get a sandwich,and leaving without ordering when I see who is working and the mess
Staff is always pleasant and I love the consistency of the sandwiches.

Hey Jersey Mike’s - what happened?! Never a problem BUT your chicken salad is all brown chopped up meat. Not even sure it is chicken - and it’s chewy.Inedible. Disappointed. You can do better…
Great hoagies. Fast service. Friendly staff. Best hoagie I've found in Florida BUT no longer provide military discount. I’ve been frequenting these shops for many years but since they no longer offer them, I won’t be back.

I mean WOW!!!!... Had to take my son back a second time so we could confirm the excellence!!.. I thought the chicken bacon ranch was good until I had the Philly cheese. They definitely have my vote and I will be returning.

First time ordering from Jersey Mike's. Uber Eats delivery.I placed order at 8:25p. No driver, no driver. They canceled order at 9:45p when driver was already on his way to the store. I literally spoke with him.They could have called me and I would have picked it up instead. But they didn't. I waited an HOUR AND A HALF...only for them to cancel it.And I just happened to notice it- no call from the driver. No text from driver or Uber.So I had to place a similar but unequal order from someone else who happened to be open at 10p (which isn't easy because everyone's closed now) and it can take up to an hour +15 mins per Uber. I'm not cheap. I give a fair tip so what's the issue??So...I'm possibly 11:15p for an order placed almost 3 hours earlier. We're starving at this point.I will NEVER order from Jersey Mike's again. And quite dubious about Uber Eats as well.
