First, I always try to look for the positive in everything so it pains me to leave a 1 star review. With that in mind I have to start by saying that the older ladies that work there are the best! The younger girls, not to bright. I always stop for a frozen coffee but no more. Too many times I get slightly flavored ice. Apparently they aren't bright enough to fill the cup with the correct amount of ice before putting it in the blender, instead they put enough coffee syrup for one serving and fill the blender to the top leaving enough left over for 2 large cups of half flavored frozen coffee.
Went to pick up a small coffee, the girls were dancing and talking, I was ignore! I waited in front of the register. Two guys came in and she greeted them friendly so I interrupted and place my order, next thing I see she brings their order and I asked her why if I was there first she brought their coffee first? She replied it doesn't work that way???? I was speechless!! This place is a hot mess!! This girls have no customer service skills!
I called at 3:20pm to place an order for tomorrow morning for munchkins to accommodate kids at a summer camp. The gentleman who answered the phone stated, his manager had left and he could not accommodate next day orders. I asked if I should go some where else and he said, YES!
Nothing like getting your coffee and taking big sips of nothing but big clumps of sugar and caramel because they don't stir in your ingredients. This Dunkin use to be better but nobody knows how to make a coffee at this location.
Why are the employees not able to take tips?!?! I go every single morning without any problems. Other locations let their workers get tips. We are literally in the middle of rescission!!!! LET THEM TAKE TIPS!!
We stop at this location every Saturday morning between 545 and 615. Lately the inside is never open is is never open. Today the inside was closed and there were 2 employees standing out back doing nothing. Moving forward we will be going to wawa instead of Dunkin' donuts

Don't go if you are in a rush, waited 25 minutes in drive thru, I told my hubby, don't torture me with that anymore, bc he's the one that likes that drive thru food, so in a way is great tha we got obset over that bc we avoid reasons to argue, so DD made our avoid list.
Two of my favorite people in there pebbles and Vivian. Absolutely love them. However, when they are not working it is truly a hot mess! This is the second time this has happened to me I’m so over it!! definitely need more efficient and productive people!
The absolute slowest Dunkin in a 50 mile radius. They have 7 people behind the counter and no one is working. It should not take 20 minutes to get coffee and a bagel. I hope the owner of this location looks at the drive through data. Should not take 10 minutes to place an order and 10 minutes to pick up at the window.
